The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was nicely furnished with fairly modern furniture and a bare floor, which was nice. I hate carpeted floors in hotel rooms. There was a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee available. Shower was nice. The restaurant looked nice, but we did not go there at all.

Although the room was nicely furnished, the door and walls were paper thin. Honestly, we thought someone was entering our room more than once when they were actually entering next door or across the hallway. Although coffee was provided in the room, it was cheap Folgers. The bathroom was of average size, but the way the door opened made it awkward opening and closing to get in and out.

Our room was perfect for what we needed. The location is very close to Ouray where we did most of our outdoor activities. The AC worked well, window blinds was a nice raise/lower design, lamps had wireless phone chargers, and parking was plentiful and easy. Overall, out stay was very comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying at MTN Lodge Ridgway.

The hotel check-in location is right next to their restaurant and each time we attempted to talk to someone at the front desk there was often no one there but after standing there for a bit, eventually someone showed up each time.

Place has a bar which is very popular, finding hotel parking between 6 and 10pm on Friday, Saturday will be a struggle Confusing checkin instructions (you get the email, saying that everything can be done virtually, but also you will get a call later during the day saying that you need to do physical checkin as well) AC/Heater sounds like starting SpaceX: your choice if you want sleep in cold or noisy environment

This was a great option for my dog and me on a road trip through Colorado. It's on the edge of town, but walkable to all amenities you could need. The staff were friendly at check in, and the room was very clean and well organized. As a pet owner, it was nice that there is a yard with doggy bags right out the side door so potty time wasn't stressful. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the onsite cafe, but the space looked lovely and would be a nice spot for a meal at the start or end of a travel day!

We only stayed here for one night but it would have been great for a longer stay. Pleasant spacious room in a newly refurbished hotel and very comfortable bed. I would also like to thank the staff for their patience in parcelling up my partner's jacket and forwarding it by UPS to Denver, where we were en route to before leaving for the UK, after he left it behind and we were already too far away to return for it. While this must have been inconvenient, they were unfailingly polite and helpful over the Booking.com messenger service.

We stay here every year. A good spot!! New bar next door/connected is a great addition.

We miss the "suites" The rooms are not set up well for "power" plug ins... I could not charge my phone by my bed side. I had to move the coffee maker into the bathroom and balance it on the sink to make a cup of coffee. Room lighting is poorly distributed. Need at least one "all room" light Minor things... just unnecessary issues for a guest to solve!!

Nice cozy place to rest between activities in the area. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The new bar/restaurant looks nice as well. Staff was always helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate the free upgrade to a suite for the inconvenience of having to change rooms twice during my stay.

Some rooms are very noisy, especially near the laundromat. No breakfast included. No ceiling lights in the rooms which is a bit weird for a newly renovated hotel.

We appreciated the staff, location, and decor so much that we already booked a return visit. Staff was professional, cordial, helpful with suggestions about hiking, dining, etc. Construction is underway. Facilities are modern, spotless, spacious, extremely comfortable. Towels are creatively folded. Microwave popcorn provided! Surrounding towns have endless waterfalls, hiking trails, and absolute beauty.

Due to the construction, our room shared a wall with the "temporary Office". A mechanical noise permeated - most likely from refrigeration for soft drinks in office. This problem will be resolved very soon.

Clean, superb location for the Skijoring event. Loved that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food there was EXCELLENT! Every person/staff I encountered were very helpful and caring.

Not the property, but wish the restaurant served full breakfast, because the food for lunch and dinner was fabulous.

I am always out early in the AM, so no breakfast. But I liked the cozy warm bedding the touch button lamps, flat phone charger, and recycling bin. The location is quiet and in a perfect, central location.

No elevator, no freezer in refrigerator, not enough furniture in room for horizontal spaces, and TV was too complicated to work.
