WOW and Excellent is the words I describe this location. The service is excellent. Catalina and her kitchen staff were exceptional. They make us feel like home . I went for a relax time and it was perfect. Snow , quality time and great service . 5 stars. I recommend this location . I'm going next year.

Everything was perfect

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. the reason i come back is for it ski in ski out location , the hotel is actually pretty old and quite expensive given its condition. But, it is the best value I can find for its location. Their staff are great , all very friendly and nice. but , service is quite limited. they do not have dinner, their breakfast is eatable if you have to eat breakfast and not picky . BUT< they do have a great FREE lunch provided . this is one of top things I like this hotel. By lunch time, you can ski all the way to the dinning room double door, and take your ski off, and go in have a hot FREE lunch with a lot of space to put down your gear, and drink ice tea and lemonade , lunch are very simple but good, just couple of tasty soup and breads and cookies , but they are all well made and very tasty, you are not only eating healthy , but also avoiding all crowds and fast food. Just super nice. just for this reason I would come back here again. their do have nice pool and hot tub , and provide robe for guest which is also a big plus.

Compare with their lunch, they breakfast are just very limited, they serve coffee, sausage , eggs , bread, juice. yogurt . As someone always want to eat hearty breakfast, these choices are not very appealing to me. So, i end up eat very little, I really wish they have little more choices on their pastry , like some Danish and croissant and add couple of more choices of protein... Overall, this is a good choice if your focus is enjoy the slope and snow. It has everything you need for a ski trip and perfect location, nothing fancy , just practical.

Fantastic location, right at the ski slopes and 1min to the mall with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Technican was available (we could not figure out the heating). Room for skis. Fitness room and Jacuzzi. Versatile and ample breakfast (included). Free shuttle to airport.

Room, bath and furnature a bit dated, with a renovation it would be 10/10.

It has a cozy comfortable atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. It is clean and well kept. I actually liked the physical steel room key - I dislike the magnetic cards that lose their memory from a cell phone touching it.

The parking is such a hassle. It’s off site and down a hill. It was also a very convoluted path to get to things and getting back in from the lower level was hit or miss with locked doors.

this ski resort is perfect!!! it's not as expensive as the rest of the resorts at the sorrounding area. free breakfast (buffet) is included, there are always bananas, and then each day they have something different (eggs, pancakes, french toast) plus corn flakes.. what i loved the most is that its right next to the slopes.. so when you have your skis, you can go straight from your room to the slopes and take the lift up the moutain.

The breakfast was included with the stay and it was delicious! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view was beautiful and also right near the mall that had dining and shopping. Very accommodating for pets as well.

The staff was light and only present until 5:00 pm.

Brakfast and lunch are very good services provided. Having facilities to leave the skis right out of the main entrance is a plus

Some room conditions like some lights not working, window air conditioning gap letting cold air in. Nothing that could not be fixed.

Location could not be more perfect! Ski in and ski out. Village and mall are right outside your door. Buffet breakfast each day rotated French toast and sausage, pancakes and bacon, scrambled eggs and bacon. Every day there was 4 types of cold cereal, 4 types of oatmeal, biscuts, variety of teas, coffees, juices, and more. Every day there were two types of hot soup, crackers, cookies, lemonade and more offered free for lunch. We stayed a week and never had to move our car because of excellent free bus services between towns and ski aeas.

Typical ski area: if you don't drink, dance, or want to spend excess amounts for luxury ski shops, a week was a long time here. The gym at the hotel was better than nothing but not appealing. Bike was broken. Clock on wall never worked. No windows. Fans were provided only when requested. Gym is located in basement next to laundry room -- creepy and hot. We were here for the Nastar Championships -- VERY POORLY ORGANIZED. No respect or regards given to non-skiers with racers.

Location is perfect! We were staying with toddler and it was so easy to go for few skiing runs with toddler. Sky cab was so confortable to have near easpecialy with toddler. Room was simple, but ok.

It's really simple hotel, the price reflects quality, but when you in the mountains you don't spend much time in hotel. Everything was as we expected.

Complimentary breakfast and lunch was exeptional. Location was perfect ski in and out

There was no parking in the garage when we got back after dinner and outting downtown. Should be accounted for since we paid for parking $25/day
