we booked a last minute night away. Room rate was average for the area. There is some road construction just before the hotel which made access confusing at first. Realize this is not at all the hotels fault. Once we managed that, it was a non issue. Hotel was very new (6 months) which added to how clean it was. Parking was ample and we'll lit. The receptionist was GREAT!! Answered all my questions regarding where to eat locally and some directions to where we wanted to go. She upgraded us to a Jacuzzi suite, which made my wife's night as she was looking to relax after a long ride. Breakfast was included with plenty of options (eggs, toast, waffles, bacon, sausage, cereal etc). Highly reccomended and cannot say enough about the hotel receptionist (wish I knew her name!! She opened the hotel.) She is an employee that ANY business would love to have, especially these days where the quality of service is hard to come by..

It was a awesome stay here, to start with when i entered it was a beautiful ambience at the from desk staff was polite n humble, i requested for lower level but the property is having elevator so no issues with that though she gave me on first floor only, clean and hygienic rooms, bathroom was absolutely clean, late check inn but staff was there to checked me inn by midnight too, in the morning breakfast which was complementary was also perfect overall i preferred to stay here again. loved the stay.

just bcoz of property is big so parking is also little far if u don't get parking near reception.

Staff was great, breakfast was good, lobby was nice, room was amazing. I'm a student and was catching up on schoolwork. This place was great for that (love my family but they are distracting). Also got to spend time with partner who lives in area. 10/10 all around.

The only thing that was a little annoying was that there was an alarm going off on the elevator for the bulk of the second night of the visit. Not a deal breaker, but annoying.

We had really pleasant stay at this location. This hotel is newly renovated and everything was great about the stay. Location is right off 95 and 15 mins away from casinos. Receptions were great and were very pleasant and helpful. Room and House keeping were awesome. They had great selection on hot and cold complimentary breakfast. I would definitely go back whenever I get a chance and definitely recommend this hotel.

I really liked the hotel and all its amenities.

The one thing I didn't like was that when I checked out, I asked for a receipt and was informed it would be mailed to me. However, I haven't received it yet. I don't understand why I couldn't get a checkout receipt like I typically do in other hotels I've stayed at.

Couldn't control air conditioner, room kind of cold so unplugged it. No big deal. Room was loud because of flooring and high ceiling instead of carpeting. Otherwise, great stay. Would definitely go back. Also close enough to Mohegan to be satisfactory.

Room was nice and new. Good plugs for electronics. Tv was updated with Netflix. Shower was good. Beds were comfy.

Breakfast was mediocre. Apple juice and orange juice was horribly watered down. Same crumble eggs and sausage everyday. Would like to see them mix it up a bit.

Everything. The facility was very clean. The rooms were spotless, and well put together. The breakfast provided has been the best I have seen, with different varieties.

Very convenient to get to, and plenty of parking and entry ways through out the building.

Nice lady at front desk, brand new modern and clean hotel, with all facilities (free onsite parking, fitness, breakfast).

Location is at the highway exit with noting significant nearby. Still 10 minutes drive to Niantic boardwalk, and no real restaurants near.

very new and very nice place to stay. super clean and the breakfast was good. bed was super comfy.

with no carpet in the room every noise felt magnified. noisy heating/ac unit surprisingly.
