The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. We saw Bowzer's last rock and roll concert. The event was four hours which ran past our reservation time at Ballo's Restaurant. Upon arrival, we found hour reservations had been cancelled a half hour earlier. I undrstood that. Th hostess, however, said she would try to find a table for the four of us. Within about ten minutes, we were seated at a table for four even though the place was crowded. The food was fantastic as was breakfast the following morning at The Hash House.

I did not like the length of time it took for the valet parking. We were in line for a half hour. I had to get out of my vehicle to ask if we were in the right line. No one came over to tell us that they had to move cars to create space even though were were the second car in line. One of the valet's could have walked the several yards up to our vehicle to tell us what was going on.

Overall liked the property. Great food options. Front desk experience was tremendous after a poor greeting from valet. Staff at the facility was tremendous and very helpful.

The valet didn’t articulate parking options to us upon check in. When we didn’t valet, he didn’t give us directions on where to park. Parked in Summer lot when we should’ve parked in Winter. Should allow short term parking at entrance upon check in. His demeanor set an unfriendly tone upon arrival after a long drive. Weekend price escalation was disappointing. That’s why we didn’t stay longer. Tripling the rate is difficult to adjust to.

I booked (2) rooms for my husband in one room and my 2 nephews in the other. I bought tickets to Jeff Dunham for my adult-Autistic nephew for his birthday. His brother and my husband enjoyed the gaming tables while we were at the show. We all enjoyed so much fun for a quick overnight stay. The accommodations were excellent, the staff was helpful and each restaurant we frequented were very efficient and the food was very good. Thank you for a special memory for all of us!

Clean, efficient & quiet (when needed)

Room was very pleasant and clean and we felt safe. Bed Mattress and pillows were comfortable. HACV was system quiet.

Need better signage in Winter Garage. When we got out of car could not easily see signs to direct us to Check In, etc. The Towels in the Bathroom felt thin, not comfortable. Disappointed that our room view looked down on roofing and AC units for the price we paid. Providing this feed back on constructive basis to hopefully have changes implemented. Overall, our stay was enjoyed due to good cleanliness, safety and pleasant staff.

The choice of restaurants… lots to choose From. The shows on the Sun Patio in the afternoon with the food truck. We were there to see Phish and the hotel provided us a great place to spend to day before the show.

We would have like a more friendly environment to take walk during the day, outside in the wood without having to drive there. We asked the concierge and everybody seemed to want us to stay on the property. I would have preferred a shower more modern without a curtain. But it was very clean.

I stay at Mohegan Sun a couple times a year and it is always a pleasure. Food is good. Place is clean and comfortable.

When I do travel to the Mohegan Sun it's to bet on horse racing. I am very disappointed that now the racebook is fan duel. It was such a pleasure sitting in the old racebook arena with waitress service. Now there is only a couple race tracks and pay for drinks. I will still go but the old racebook was much much better. Even when it was in the bus terminal.

I really enjoyed the room. It was the most up to date and comfortable room I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed a dinner at their pizzeria and breakfast as well. Both were very good and very reasonable prices. We were there for a concert given by Frankie Valli. The arena it was given in was very good acoustically.

It had nothing to do with the hotel. The drive from NJ to Mohegan Sun was miserable. It took us 5 hours to get there. What should have been a 3 hour drive ended up being 5 hours.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathrobes were nice. Free water bottles were given to us at check-in. There were fire pits and chairs outside the building which would have been nice to visit had the weather been better.

The Website pictures made the room look more luxurious than it was. The cost of the room was very high for what it offered - and the in-room snacks available were priced outrageously ($18 for small can of nuts)! I recognize that the casino often comps the rooms - but we were there for a basketball game and are not frequent gamblers Also, the elevators to the room are a hefty walk away from the hotel check-in and casino. If you're someone with limited mobility, be advised to consider a wheelchair or stop frequently for breaks.

The room and hotel were clean. Bed was comfortable and there was a pull out sleeper in mini couch. The pool area and exercise areas were good. There were plenty of areas to sit around the hotel. Computer desk access as available.

Elevators were sometimes hard to get for those on higher floors. It would be helpful to have an option to go to local destinations from the hotel, like offsite tours, etc. Incorporate local businesses in area so guests don't feel secluded.

The Mohegan Sun Resort is beautiful. The Casino, Arena, Restaurants, and Retailers were all easily accessible. My room was huge! As a solo traveler I don't think I have ever felt as safe as I did there. All the staff was amazing, professional and accommodating. I love the gratuitous late check out and the bell check for my luggage as my flight was later in the day. Seamless. I will definitely be returning.
