I do not know why this location has only a 7.6. I stay at all levels of places and this was perfectly fine! Now granted, it was overnight during a holiday lull period, but it was comfortable and accommodating. It's right by the airport and a great place to crash for an early flight, especially for the flight. It's slightly dated and the TV is a little small. That's the only thing I could possibly think would cause that rating. Very clean, nice staff, no revolting smell of pot, quiet, nice about a pet, hot decaf coffee, gym......We will stay there again next time we have an early flight.

Very friendly front desk individuals. Rooms were clean and attractive. Provided a bus shuttle to the Bradley 'Airport which was one of the factors that had us choose La Quinta. Price was attractive. We had stayed there before and enjoyed it.

The next door person talked until late in the night and disturbed us. He wasn't loud or aggressive in his speaking but our two rooms were adjoined and the sound came through the door,

The hotel was exceptionally clean which was well appreciated. Parking was ample, with large spots and easy to access. Near to the airport for those who need easy connections. The hotel was well appointed with large rooms with good bathroom and shower pressure.

The hotel needed significantly more options at breakfast especially for the health conscious. The options were all cheap low quality items. Slightly expensive for the offering and though convenient, I think other locations might have been a better value.

The property has been updated since the last time I was there in July. The temp control on the wall was great and the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower was nice instead of the small bottles they had the big ones on the wall so no worries about having to save some for the next person and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as always

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, and we were surprised at how quiet it was - being near the airport. The location was perfect, since it was a quick turn away from the airport. The shower was nice, too, and the sink area was separate from the shower/toilet room so two people can get ready to go at the same time. They offered a breakfast, but we did not eat there.

The light in the wet room only worked with the fan on, and that was pretty loud.

Room keys of all our rooms kept loosing their setting. had to be reset several times. Disposable cutlery, breakfast bowl, cups, plates etc at breakfast. Could do with a little more variety at breakfast, even if it's just a light continental style.

Location is good. Shuttle runs often we did not have to wait.

Shuttle drive was not clear about which hotel he was stopping at. He was clear with us but another woman stated her hotel and he let her get off at the wrong hotel. When we mentioned it to him that she had gone into the wrong hotel he just blew it off. I heard the hotel later call him back to go and pick her up. I think he could be clearer. We had no idea he stopped at 2 different hotels.

The shower as soon as I turned on shower from water head was full force, lucky was cold water. Was unable to adjust water to temperature agreeable. Need to have where as water runs then can adjust then release for water come from water head. Avoids getting cold blast of water or if too hot getting burned

Smooth stay. Staff excellent and professional. Answered all of my questions. Shuttle service and driver were awesome. Will definitely stay again! Room was immaculate.

Best recent airport stay near Bradley Airport in Hartford, convenient, easy shuttle access, 24 hour desk, room was clean, updated, had all necessary items, breakfast better than most included breakfasts at Bradley airport hotels.

I was in a room that had a connecting door to another room, which was locked and blocked off by furniture but furniture did not entirely block sound from the other room, So I was awakened by a TV in the next room at 5:30 am (after a 1 a.m. checkin after a late arriving flight. Overall hotel was quiet but doors between rooms need better soundproofing, even if they are not being used.
