All of the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. It's a traveler's hotel so everything, with two exceptions, was what I expected. The pool and patio were nice. Most of the equipment in the exercise room was fairly new and worked well. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee is really good.

The toilet in #124 didn't flush. Housekeeping notified maintenance who plunged/snaked it out. It flushed once properly and went back to not flushing. It was late at night and I was exhausted, so instead, I used the toilet in the lobby. There's something wrong with the plumbing in #124. My other family members were in #104 and they had no complaints. Um, the exercise room has woefully inadequate ventilation.

Breakfast was a little above the normal hotel breakfast. The problem was the pancake machine was not reliable. One morning it worked,that evening an out of order sign was put on it, next morning, it worked. Final morning sign said it was being sent to manufacturer for repair. Rest of breakfast items were more than adequate!

The attitude of one of the main receptionist. She couldn’t find my reservation. I at first couldn’t remember which site I booked with. When I found it, she had booked me with a regular reservation. I am a member of the Best Western hotel rewards. I asked if she could bring it up on the hotel computer. She looked at the reservation she had done & said “NO”. I said that I forgot to bring it but the computer system for Best Western should have it. After all, they advertise their reward points never expire. I did not want to be a pain in the neck, I let it go. So please see if you can find my rewards number so I can get credit for those three nights!

Hot breakfast good with variety of items. Staff very accommodating when I asked for help with TV etc. Front Desk staff (Fran and Nancy on duty during my stay) were personable and helpful with making my stay pleasant. A convenient and pleasant place to stay in Bradenton FL

Need a Spectrum TV control for convient and fast channel changing. Such a minor thing LOL

We loved our one night stay. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the free breakfast was delicious and the employee at the counter deserves a raise, he was very nice and very attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect too. We're definitely booking another stay at this hotel.

The waffle maker was not working properly, however the breakfast was good. Coffee was terrible, and maybe add hashbrown. I also had charges on my credit credit card that were over charged but someone was able to help get those corrected prior to my final check-out.

The Wi-Fi kept cutting out and you have to keep reconnecting. I also had charges on my credit credit card that were over charged.

The receptionist was excellent, very professional fare with us. Help us with all the process. Thanks for Chia. Thank you.

the property was in a great location and had friendly staff! the breakfast on Saturday morning was delicious. the pool was cozy! the rooms were great

the breakfast Sunday morning was pretty bare and nothing was restocked (plates, napkins, etc)

The staff was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Had a problem with people in the room next to us who had children who were running up and down the halls and talking very loud until 1:00 am. We did speak to staff who were very helpful. Luckily the people checked out the next day and we were able to get some sleep.

That the pool was open it was clean the staff on arrival was very nice and helped me with what was in the area the hotel was clean

That the over night lady wasnt as pleasant or welcoming as the people was when we arrived

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I loved the pancake machine!!! Everything was made well and kept filled and cleaned.

Nothing, it was such an enjoyable, comfortable stay.
