the parking lot is very well lit and the parking is very close easy check in and check out . Yashvi helped us at the front desk her attitude and customer service is wonderful such a sweetheart!!! the room was so cold so yes the air here works wonderful the location is excellent close to everything. I saw a lot of bad reviews but our stay was wonderful.we saw no bugs at all ,people need to quit being so judgmental and complaining if your going to pay the price they charge for a quick place to sleep shower and go then just enjoy .

Excellent front desk staff, very professional & accommodating. This hotel is much better than the Clearwater Hotel! The location is very accessible to the bus stops and Baycare (Phillies) Ball Park. There are many places to dine & shop within a mile of walking.

I don't have any complaints about this property. Any issues are immediately resolved by the front office staff.

I have stayed at Terrace Garden a multitude of times for the last year and a half…The location is perfect and close to the beach, has a yummy breakfast selection and very comfortable and safe rooms…They have completely renovated the place and it’s so beautiful…The staff is very helpful and friendly…oh there’s also a nice pool to relax by with grills…I highly recommend this place for your stay in Clearwater!

I was a little unsure of the hotel based on other reviews, but i thought it was nice for the price. Beds were comfy, staff was friendly, and the pool was really nice. i would stay here again.

There wasn’t much to the breakfast. Just basic things but i can tell they are going through changes and getting better. also some features in the room were a little outdated but nothing too bad :)

Clean comfortable nice TV and lots of channels

I made an online reservation and it took 30 minutes for staff to show up but he was nice. Then had to switch rooms the TV didn't work in the first room so I lost an hour of my stay which the purpose was to watch a movie and go-to sleep I had to skip the movie.

Key system for room I stayed in had to get my card renewed each night when got back and I kept the key separate from electronic & magnetic devices after 1st time had to go to front desk for this problem

I loved Erin at the front desk! She was so friendly and made my check-in quick and easy. I also liked that they allowed pets and the price I paid included Pets which was excellent and affordable! Also the beds in my room were Cloud 9 cozy!!

The room was clean-ish but outdated. People who live / stay there are a bit loud at night. (It wasn’t that bad because it was a Friday) but that’s all we didn’t like.

I wanted to write a review because after seeing several bad reviews it made me nervous for my stay. I’m not sure what people are expecting when they are booking at this hotel because it is not listed as a 5 star so don’t expect it to be 5 star for the price. check in/out was easy and quick. everyone that I talked to was so nice. we did not use the pool area so I can not say anything about that. our room was clean and did not have any smoke smell. all of the negative reviews I read did not apply at all. I did not think the area felt unsafe. For the price I feel like it was well worth it and I would definitely stay again.

it is outdated but that is to be expected for an older hotel at this price point.

Good breakfast. Pleasant staff quick checking in. Large room with fridge and microwave. All lights work. Long time customer quite satisfied. Close to bus lines, restaurants and shops
