I have been to the Beach house many times when it was under Air b&b and liked it then, but it is even better now under new management. They have on-site property management, who are some of the nicest people, extremely friendly and attentive. The new owners are working on fixing the pool and Beach access from storm damage, which the Air b&b owner was not. I have been to many motels on the Daytona strip, and they were dirty and rude owners. The Beach House is by far the best place to stay. I will continue to support them with my business and recommend them to my friends. Can't wait to go back. I like supporting small business owners, and this is the place that will always get my my support

Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they had our room ready for us. We had a minor issue with the television. The maintenance man was extremely nice and spent time working on it; he wouldn't give up until it was fixed, which we truly appreciated. Our king-sized room was very spacious with a full-size kitchen. The bed was very clean and very comfortable. The building is older and well used, as are most hotels along this strip in Daytona Beach, but the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I was a little worried about the limited parking spaces, and they filled every night that we were there, but it worked. We were a little disappointed that there was no pool or beach access; assuming this is a result of recent hurricane damage and hopefully both will be able to be repaired soon.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. It was cute, staff was down to earth. Great location. I could bring my service dog with me. Downstairs rooms with a private patio is a nice touch. You can't get this in a luxury hotel.

Access to the beach. I understand that the sea wall and pool is being rebuilt, however, when I was there, in my opinion that the pool area could have been blocked off and temporary stair case to the beach.

I have been here many times and never disappointed. The manager and staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean. I visit Daytona many times during the summer and have stayed at many motels there and most are dirty and the owners are rude and often try to cheat you out of money. But not the Beach House Inn. You won't find a better place with affordable prices right on the beach.

Nothing! Love this place and would stay no where else

This is the only place I stay in Daytona. I've been there 6-7 times this year. It's always clean and the staff is always great. They even have a continental breakfast with bagels, and make your own waffles and toppings that they just started. The rates are great and right on the beach.

The staff was absolutely amazing, they made sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable has possible. The room had a full kitchen complete with all utensils. Can't say enough about this place. Awesome!!

Breakfast and no pool. I understand why they didn't have a pool but I missed it nonetheless.

I have been to a lot of places on Daytona and this is the only place I go to. The price is great the rooms are clean and the staff is great. The new owners are fixing the place up from the old hurricane damage which the last owner didn't. I have been here many times and never disappointed

Sherry the mgr went above and beyond to help us get a nice room. Due to hurricane hitting Daytona beach Oct 2022, the room we had reserved was flooded. Originally we were given room #222 which was horrible. But Sherry found us room #215 for this trip. We thank her very much.

It's an older hotel but not bad for room prices. Due to hurricane, no hot tub and no beach access. We would possibly stay there again in future if we get room #215 or equivalent in future.

Super nice Beach house style hotel....staff was very kind. Room was clean an ocean view with the pool right outside our patio door. If you are a smoker though...You cannot smoke on your patio outside. U must smoke out front of the hotel at bench by office with an ashtray. Other than that small issue the Hotel room was really nice and felt very cozy.

Smoking locations are Limited on property.

The room was clean and the balcony view of the ocean was perfect! The staff was professional and pleasant. The pool was out of service but there was plenty of beach access and/or pools at hotels next door. I will come back and stay at this hotel again.
