The fact that it's close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.

Facility needs upgrading, no microwaves in guest bedrooms(had to take elevator down to lobby for popcorn). There were so many bugs at the front and side entrance from those bright lights at night. It was not enjoyable sitting or standing outside or even in the pool area.It was all over the cars and all over the side of the building. Please find a solution to fix this. I know that renovation takes time and needs to get approved, but everything else can be fixed.

I don’t know where to start I was there to help my parents because they are aging and had some issues that needed attending upon arrival I was met by the nicest man who helped me check in very friendly which you don’t encounter a lot anymore so immediately felt at was the room was great!!!! so clean and smelled good bathroom was clean I didn’t have to ask for extra towels we had adequate everything thank you so much for great overnight stay and the area outside was safe that also was nice

Registration staff was friendly, warm, and welcoming. They took time to tell us what was around and to even make recommendations for local restaurants and shops. Wonderful people!

The only thing is that you might want to fix all the ice machines. It's a little inconvenient to only have one working on the ground floor.

The breakfast was good & filling. The location was good for what & where we needed yo be.

We brought our old dog with us. We went to dinner which took one hour and a half. When we got back to the room we had gotten a call from front desk telling us another customer complained that our dog was barking. (He only would bark if he heard noise in the hall). I told the lady we did not receive a call about our dog. She then said that if a dog disturbs another customer that we would have to pay for that person room. I said I don't think so. Also, I mentioned to her that we were back from dinner & the dog is fine. She said that was OK then. Why on earth bring it up then. It was unsettling.

The hotel not too big but very nice and the breakfast is continental with a decent choice of things to eat. The rooms are clean with mini fridge and mini storage. There is also laundry which can be very convenient, a fitness center and a swimming pool with hot tub and also the fire pit for those who want to relax in the evening in front of the fire with beer and pistachios😝

The only thing I didn’t really like was their policy on cleaning the room as they only cleaned it every 5 days and if you have to change the bath towels or sheets you put them out in front of the door and they make you find them clean inside a bag in front of the door and so also for garbage, you leave everything in front of the door. For their policy, they don't even come to fix your bed or in any case vacuum considering that there is carpet in the room. Even if you needed products such as foam bath or extra shampoo you had to request it at reception.

Hotel was nice however, booking.com took payment and their reservation did not work And i had to pay separately, still waiting on refund

Booking.com and not receiving my refund, will be contacting credit card to dispute the charges

The staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The beds are very comfortable and the temperature in the room was great.

The hotel was being remodeled which we weren't aware of. The pool and hot tub were closed which weren't expecting.

The Breakfast was great, The employee Kim whom serviced the breakfast area, was friendly and courteous, all the food was fresh and well prepared. the dependant endured that we had everything we need or wanted. That was the best part of our stay.

At our arrival they had problems finding the reservation with Boking.com, however, this is the second time that this happen when using Booking.com. they did everything possible to resolved and fixed. the time before we had to call boking.com to fixed. Thank you Hampton inn Debary for your welcoming service. Tony, Joselyn, Kim and the service guy Ricky was supper friendly and greeted you every time they went by.

This was our 2nd time staying at this facility on our way to Disney. We booked this room after our booking with another hotel did not meet our expectations. The staff was so kind and helpful! We will definitely be staying here again!

liked location, and parking, and bed was so soft and wonderful, but blower fan was all on no automatic, as the setting function for automat was not working

AC unit in the room wojld not be automatic on that closed the blower off duirng now need for temp to be calling for cooling. It did not work that is the automatic so the fan did not blow, the fan had to blow all the time to cool, it would not stop during now need for automatic temp adjustment in the room. I do not liek that at all as I do not rest as well when there is a all on blower.
