The room is spacious and clean. We loved having a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The resort is beautiful and it was easy to get to restaurants, shops and the beach taking the shuttle (although the shuttle schedule is not provided and we averagely waited for 20-30 minutes for a shuttle). All staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

I’m not sure how this happened, I did not receive h check-in instructions before we arrived. We arrived outside of the reception’s operation hour and were quite confused about how to get to our room. But staff helped us and all was well in the end.

This is my fourth visit. Quiet - that is what I like. No housekeeping to interrupt my stay during the day. Good parking lot. All very secure and safe.

I booked the room with a balcony. There was not a balcony. Some more easy-fix maintenance is needed. What I did not like most was that I canceled my room (1,112.93) on 12/19/23, and I did not get a refund for it as of today (1/26/24). Booking.com did not help resolve this problem as promised by the CS. After I canceled the previous room, I booked another, different room and the room for my son's family instead. That is why I canceled the first room on time (two days before the deadline). I had to call my CC to dispute the charge. The refund should occur automatically without begging for it.

Loved the resort. Would stay again if ever had the chance. Lots of amenities, beautiful, spacious and clean.

There was a problem with our room. No one let us know. We got there to check-in and we're told we couldn't due to a broken toilet and they had no idea when we would be able to. We were 14 hours from home and a truck full of stuff and 2 kids who were hot and tired. It was pretty stressful but we finally got in.

Location was central to many activities. Pretty views as we were high enough. Easy check in.

This was our ninth Thanksgiving on the Sandestin property, staying in different places. Evidently, we enjoy the setting. Bay Club included.

great view, quiet and a great location…better than expected.

The only thing that could be improved is the checkout time…10 am is not desirable…many other places let you checkout at 11 or 12. Considering that you cant check in until 4pm, having to leave at 10am is not even close to a full 24 hours for one night and more like 36 hrs for 2 nights.

Our unit was a pleasant surprise. It was larger than expected and this added to our experience.

We were disappointed that there was very limited availability to on-site dining and the tiki bar was closed.

Noisy construction right next door, climbing on building right outside our windows made me very uncomfortable.

The washing machines on the 4th floor flooded and the floor was wet all the way from the elevator

We loved the overall cleanliness & size of the unit as well as the balcony with a view of the bay. The unit was also one of the quietest places we have stayed. We had the one bedroom king unit 601 top floor with a very large balcony! The kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook (didn’t). The grounds were gated, safe, lush & beautiful. The 4 pools were clean & had plenty of lounge chairs. Check in was quick & parking was easy any time of day. Staff replenished towels as promised. Location was near shops & restaurants & a quick drive across the road to private beach access. We would definitely stay here again!!

We didn’t like that the bayfront pool bar/cafe area closed at 2pm. No pool towels at all which may have been due to Covid. The mattress in our king one bedroom could have been better.

Didn’t have breakfast, was it included?
