The place was clean. All the amenities necessary for comfort were provided. The bed was comfortable. I am a laryngectomee which means I'm without a voice so I communicate by messaging only. Joe was there as soon as a message was sent to him. Overall very good experience and I will definitely be back.

Location, and value for the size

It definitely could have been cleaned a lot better mold in the bathroom on the ceiling door handles on the cabinets were greasy hair balls under the bed and man of dirt dust on the walls and sidewalks could have been cleaned up

Price is what got my attention plus good reviews. We were so glad to find a nice affordable place for a few days. Owner was very nice. We communicated by phone. His father was there. The porch light was out and he replaced bulb right away. Having a kitchen and king bed was great. It's an older place but clean. Didn't use pool due to cold weather. We would stay here again.

No TV in bdrm area, thin new sheets kept coming off on corners. No hair dryer. Next door guest taking shower in am and pipes made noises. Room not cleaned while out for day which was ok but no clean towels. I'm sure if I called I would have quickly gotten towels.

We had an exceptional experience staying at Grove City Motel. The apartment, that came with a full kitchen, was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable, including a full size fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker and microwave. The pool was very clean and surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The location was also great, only a few minutes from the Manasota Key Beach!

we have stay here before several times over the course of 20 years - it is simple, but clean and very pleasant. Hurricane this year of course damaged the lush tropical foliage, but the inside was fine and comfortable.

i like a firm mattress, this was very soft, sore back in the am,,, be nice to have an elect outlet in the bathroom for shaving, may want to check the toile, seem s to run now and then by itself

IT WAS A QUITE AREA WHICH WAS JUST PERFECT FOR RELAXING. CARE TAKERS WERE WONDERFUL. BED WAS SO CONFORTABLE. POOL AREA WAS ALWAYS CLEAN.

OWNER NEEDS TO INVEST INTO SOME NEW POOL FUNITURE. ALOT OF IT WAS BUSTED.

Suite was clean, appliances newer, clean. Bed very comfortable Water pressure great, hot. Pool open, and kept. Very close to the Gulf, and Beach rd. Great restaurants and bars within 1 block Breakfast bar next door. Very "laid back adult atmosphere". Parking in front of room. Ample chairs around pool, and outside room Grounds are a great sample of Florida fauna.

One can't help but see the potential here if there were daily groundskeeping duties performed.

It was a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and neat and had every thing we needed. It was close to what we needed it to be

Stove, refrigerator, dishes and silverware. Separate bedroom. Nice. Like a small apartment. Very neat and clean!

I was traveling with my son. Only one king bed. One of us had to sleep on the couch. Also, no one on the premises to accommodate our needs. It took someone 3 hours to bring us some butter knives and another wash cloth, as there was only one washcloth. They do not keep the grounds up. Outside is a mess.
