The staff was amazing! Upon checking in we noticed several things needed tending to, most especially the air conditioning, and no light in the bathroom. The front desk sent the maintenance guy to our room and he replaced the entire thing, along with a new light fixture. The breakfast was amazing! The beds and pillows were wonderful!

The rooms need some attention. I would think housekeeping would tell the manager when something needs to be fixed, like no light in our bathroom. Or have a plan in place to attend to damaged or worn out furnishings. Not the case. The upholstery on the chairs needs to be replaced. See pic. BW you are better than this.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. Very clean inside and out, staff was very pleasant especially the one young lady cleaning up after everyone during breakfast ( 7-20 7-21 ) she helped catch the waffle line up due to some folks and children not being so pleasant, she did it with a big smile, she kept the whole dining area very clean and again with a smile, I made a comment about how I loved the smell and she smiled again. Sweet lady she was. 😃. I just loved our couple days there and BTW, breakfast was amazing and my family and I thank you all so much for an amazing couple of days. We will positively be staying there again when we travel down that way.

There wasn’t one single thing we didn’t like.

I love this place! I like the location, it's right next to Key Largo. There are more restaurants, and stores than I can count, and they are so close. There are beautiful trees and plants around the property including the pool area. The vibe is especially cool. Everyone is so nice. The employees work hard and are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's amazing. Thank you very much.

I think the bathroom could use updating, and the guest laundry could be larger.

The hotel is located perfectly if you plan to visit Everglades National Park and/or Key West. The breakfast was nice, the staff very friendly.

The AC is extremely loud, so if you have troubles with sleep, I recommend using earplugs. It is also located next to the main road with lots of food chain restaurants which might be a little smelly. No elevator available, so think twice before taking a room on the first floor if you have big luggage.

the pool is great - parking is great - rooms are ok for such a venue - sometimes a bit overpriced - location was very good for reaching back and forth from Miami to Key west. Late checkout very helpful..

well: a bit too many signatures electronically for my taste...and credit cars payments required in the process...prices on weekend a bit high for the location in general. And one suggestion: if you change to daylight savings time it would be helpful to give customers an extra hour for checkout right away on that very special day.

Great location if you’re willing to explore Key West, Everglades or Miami and surroundings. Swimming pool area is super comfortable, either to swim or just chill by the table. Rooms were really clean, the area is quiet so you can get a good rest. The personel was friendly and willing to help at any time.

The variety of the products served for breakfast could be wider, but I guess it’s a standard in American hotels so I don’t count it as a disadvantage.

Room was cleaned and serviced daily.Breakfast food was great. Both Night auditors was amazing. All cleaning staff and Fernando was pleasant. Love how they work as a team to make sure the guest is comfortable. The pool was good as well. I wanted to stay a few more days but we just headed to Uptown suites after the breakfast lady had bad service the second time (Not Joyce) can't trust her making food. Shey the only reason we won't be staying again.

The only issue was the breakfast lady NOT JOYCE. Joyce was amazing, polite and meet her expectations for the hotel. The other lady with the ear piece was rude . Did'nt make breakfast enjoyable. I watch her one Wednesday when a little girl ask her something about the waffle maker and she had one BIG attitude, walked around with her face frowned up, when ask questions she ignored or short answered. literally was slamming the equipment from the waffler maker all the way down to the end of the food. She should not be working around guest. Whatever she was mad about wasn't serious to come to work and take it out on people. Nasty worker. Also June , wasn't welcoming. She wasn't mean neither but just answered everything with a BLAHHH.

I have stayed at this hotel many time but always seem to have a problem with your front desk check in manage I don’t know his name but he is from India, he just seems to want to make things extremely difficult I have no problems with any one else I was in room 122 with queen or double bed on ground floor I decided to stay another few nights and booked and payed for it on the first day I was staying there I requested to stay in same room 122 pool view when I booked it , but when I went to desk the following morning I new I was going to have problems when I seen who was working the desk same Indian gentleman manager he told me I could not stay in same room even thow I had booked and payed for it the day before and requested to stay in same room 122 he told me that room had already been booked and the only room he could give me was upstairs on second floor I would have to re pack all my cloths and carry suitcase and two large bags upstairs , what I don’t understand is I did not think when you book a stay in the best Weston florid city you could specify a certain room as I have tried many times to do that I’ve been told I cannot I will be told which room I guess when I booking at the hotel I can request it but not be guaranteed, so how was the room already booked up? When I rebooked the room the same day I moved it for some extra days, I canceled my booking moved to the quality inn across the street and current nice room ground floor with a pool view at least now I know when I’m booking the room on the Internet that I can specify a room number because that is what I was told had been done to the room I was already staying in it seems man nothing I stay in the same hotel every weekend that I visit floria city ‘ would you please get back to me via phone please I would just like it explained so I can understand that I can not specify a certain room, but I’m told I have to move out of my room because somebody else had managed to specify that room I was staying in Keith

It's good value for money, close to the Everglades and other attractions. We liked the pool area, everyone was friendly. Good deal to stay for a few nights. The breakfast was there, and it was ok as for the US standards. No veggies though but that's the way it is.

The smell in the room was quite bad (because of the humidity) but I guess it's not easy to change this.

All in all a good stay. Location was good with a car (premier outlet mall and "Robert is Here" near by, many fast food options across the street etc, near to Everglades, relatively near to Miami Zoo, the keys). Breakfast was good for an American "motel", though not many fruits available. Oatmeal, pancakes, coffee, tea, good juice from machine, toaster with bread choices, cereal...

Bed was too hard for my liking, the pool was not heated.
