Nice location walking distance to the beach. Rooms were nice and spacious an equipped with a full size refrigerator and microwave. Fair pricing.

I don't know why this hotel has a lower review. I thought it was perfectly fine. I really don't have anything negative to say about it.

The room was spacious and clean, the front desk staff was super kind and polite. Though it was closed for Thanksgiving night, but it seemed like a cool Tiki-tiki bar on-site to grab a few drinks and play pool. The location is perfect, really quiet but close enough to Commercial blvd (which has multiple restaurants and bars).

The parking spots can be a little bit tight especially when there are multiple big trucks next to you.

A vintage, family owned hotel with lush courtyards. Our room had 2 queen beds and full kitchen. The decor is somewhat dated but very clean and comfortable. The large and deep pool is heated and adjacent to the Tiki bar which serves reasonably priced drinks and staffed by very friendly bartenders; Mario and Janice. The location is awesome; Ocean Drive and a quick walk (maybe 2-3 minutes) from the sandy beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. This property is unique in that it is surrounded by high rise condos to the front and beautiful homes to the rear and is that special oasis from days past which has not been consumed by the typical south Florida building craze. Definitely a hidden gem and well worth the price.

Parking lot is small but free and safe.

Staff were very friendly, as was the bar staff. Location was near the Lauderdale by the sea area. which is a lovely area. Would recommend this hotel.

At first we were across from the bar, and with a 19 year old, and a 6 year old, it was kinda rough the first night, but the next morning I got up and asked to change rooms and the lady behind the desk was amazing. I wish I would have gotten her name, because she was so sweet and helpful through our stay. She helped us move away from the bar and upstairs along with a kitchen. It was a great stay and will definitely stay here again!

The room was good sized and really clean every day. That was very nice. Beds are comfortable! Beach is pretty close. Easy walking distance. James and Janice were awesome at the Tiki Hut! Pool was very warm!! Lots of things to do within walking distance. We never ate at the restaurant other than the continental breakfast but heard the gyros are excellent.

Would love to have a small coffee maker in the room! Even though the coffee was free in the restaurant, I am an early riser, L O L. It would also be nice to have some dishes for the rooms with a stove and refrigerator. Nothing major just basics. But really, no complaints!

Great location, beach across the street! Very reasonable rates, good, clean, comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and friendly and front desk manager Jane was incredibly nice and friendly and helpful!

Only minor disappointment was that pool and Tiki Bar were not available due to renovations but with the beach and ocean right across the street it was no big deal

It’s across the street from the public beach access point but it’s a very short walk. The hotel itself looks rough from the outside because of the overgrown trees but it’s actually not too bad. The beds aren’t really ideal in terms of comfort but it’s worth it for the price. The pool was okay also. There’s a decent outside area to sit in. All in all, for the price - would stay again.

The upstairs air conditioners leaked onto the ground of the walkway making it VERY slippery. A ton of ants due to the overgrowth of trees, tiny bathrooms.
