I loved the mattress, the size of the room, the olschcool dollar coffee machine, the guests were friendly as well as staff. The price was legit. Little.lounge area outside. Pool looked great. Across from grocery and dunkin donuts 4 coffee

They definitely lie. It's not beach front nor is it a few mins. It's a 8 min walk minimum from either way you walk. The hotels across the st are beachfront and private access. So they probably would be much more efficient to not state that. I chose this hotel for beachfront and airport shuttle non of which is provided. But they taught me about lyft and the why walk shuttle cart.

The room has a great size and a bath. The common space are clean and tidy. The TV has a good size!

I spent 4 days there, and I haven't seen my room being cleaned at all even though I was out all day long.

I enjoy the hotel , very easy to get to , got my room with no problems, staff was great , pool was nice

Only problem I had was , when we had our room cleaned, our phone charger was damaged when we returned back to our room , when I complained about to the manager he told me that his cleaning crew did not do the damage and also I had a bandanna removed from my room that I had hanging in my room , again the manager said that it wasn’t them and just dismissed my claim as if I made it up

My stay was great! The area was very safe and clean. My room was spacious and clean as well (bed was very comfortable, carpet and sheets were clean too!). The pool was clean as well. Everything is in walking distance, so I was able to walk to the beach, there's a Winn Dixie and Publix grocery store not too far from the hotel and a CVS and Walgreens. The location is not too far from the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park which was $8 via Uber. Everything was in close proximity and convenient! My stay was comfortable and I will definitely come back!

I think umbrellas and chairs should be accessible for guest if they want to go on the beach

Sorry, I stayed here just for one night before my flight back home from Miami airport, so not much I can say. It is clean, the staff is polite, in a good place with many different restaurants around in walking distance. I have spent all my time in the swimming pool with my nephew, swimming pool area is well equipped.

The main thing I do not like in this hotel (don't think anything can be done about it, just for information). I could not find beach access to the beach as there is a line of big hotels along the beach. I am sure there is access to the beach within 5-10 minutes walking, but cannot be sure as I did not get there. I would fight with the government to force all hotels to provide access to the beach as the beach is public!

The place was clean but needed some updates. They spoke on the phone of restaurant hours but in reality, the restaurant is closed "renovation" so the only food available is a McDonalds a half block away.

The "shuttle service" is a rip off so beware! The shuttle lady said they needed $35 cash Per Person from the airport to hotel yet the taxi picked up directly at the airport was $40 flat fee. The ride takes about 25 minutes. We called a taxi to get to cruiseport and it was $35 flat fee (Uber is $27). Desk folks looked stunned at the difference, so you know they are aware of it and yet push the "service".

The beds were very comfortable, staff was very nice and friendly. The location is perfect for going to the beach and there is many good food places and stores not far. You can walk to McDonald's from the hotel....less than 5 minutes for sure. Overall, I would book this hotel again.

Rooms should be bigger, breakfast at the hotel would be nice. Elevator was kinda scary at times. Paying $12 per day to park was..ehhh. On top of the closets was some dust and on the ceiling over the closet was some dust.

Super cute place.The front desk staff was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in early for an additional $20 which was well worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is really nice. Nice chairs and cabanas with a real south Florida vibe. We had a 6:30pm flight home. After check out they held our bags while we had breakfast and then we spent the afternoon at the pool. Great place, great value, great staff! I would definitely return and recommend highly.

New staff member Mark was delightful. Everyone we encountered was helpful and most were overtly friendly. We appreciated the way the outdoor portion of the lobby was set up to make everyone comfortable while waiting to be helped, to catch a ride, or to gather their party for an excursion. The location is terrific, despite not being on the beach. All the overnight essentials are very close by (deli, pizza place, grocer, souvenir/beach shop, and many more), so you can walk easily to get anything you might need.

We wished breakfast had been included, or (if that's impossible) at least some NY Deli flyers in the rooms so guests know there is a great spot nearby with delicious options available early in the AM. We also wish someone had asked us when we were checking in whether we would need the airport shuttle at check-out... we remembered to visit the front desk again to get it set up later, but it would've been helpful if someone had helped us get it all done at check-in.
