No better location for the price and the things they do for guests is great! They have sunscreen in the office you can borrow and beach chairs for the beach.

We were in room 2 and the best location by far. There was even a view of the ocean. This room is right next to the office and the door between the office and room was thin so you can hear everything in office unless you have music or the TV on.

Steps from the broadwalk and beach, lots of shops, restaurants, and bands nearby, we took uber from airport so we had no car, really no reason to have one there. Room was clean, cozy, kitchen well stocked with the essentials. Stopped at a Publix on our way there, saved money on food by having breakfast and lunch in the courtyard everyday, which was shady and clean. Bathroom a bit small, shower was really nice. Had to sit sideways on the toilet, and theres no fan so bring some spray with you if you know what I mean! Bed and pillows so comfortable, they provided towels and chairs for the beach, and a broom to help with all the sand. Theres gonna be sand on the floor in the room, just the way it is when your that close! We rented chairs, an umbrella, and even got food and drinks delivered right there on the beach from Margaritaville every day. And it was steps back to our room to use the bathroom or grab something, it was so convenient. Le Tub right behind us had awesome food, service, and drinks. We will definitely be staying there again!

Nothing.

We loved being able to leave our room and have the boardwalk right there. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice little courtyard to enjoy our morning cup of coffee.

No parking on site. We came for a Saturday night and because the parking garage was full, we had to find street parking, which took an hour to find. Unloading our car was hard because we were on a little street and cars had to squeeze past us. In the morning we didn't have a problem packing up to leave.

Surprising good AC and WiFi was adequate. A charming neighbor feeling. Center of Hollywood Beach action. 1/2 block stroll to Georgio restaurant and bakery. Impossible to eat there just once. Nice location for a quick five day reprieve. Small room and no pool but you can get a Day Resort Pass at Margraitaville which is right next door.

Stayed a week but fresh towels were never delivered.

Walls quite thin, could hear people talking at night in neighbouring room. WiFi very weak in my room, could access my v emai and Whars App, but not stream podcasts or video, nor download my daily newspaper. Weak WiFi affected the use of the TV in the room too. Maybe needs a booster signal?

Okay, this is an older hotel, but in saying that, it is the location that matters. The hotel is a block away from the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. You can go straight and you are on the beack. Turn right and there are little shops and restaurants. Turn left and you are in the Margaritaville fun zone. The staff were very and helpful. We would consider staying here again.

Everything was fine.

The price was great for the location. We loved being right by the beach and boardwalk. We liked the court yard. The side table beside the bed with plug in options for charging was very nice since the outlet on the wall by the mirror wasn't working properly. It was pushing into the wall and the top plug in didn't work at all. The staff was friendly. Checking in and out was very convenient. We had a few questions with our stay, so when we emailed it was nice how quickly we got responses back.

The bed wasn't comfortable. We had kinks in our backs. When you sat down on the bed it felt like it caved backwards. There also should really be an exhaust fan in the bathroom for the steam from the shower because it looks like there is mold or mildew on the wall by the towel rack.

my favorite part was the courtyard where you could sit at a table and visit with your friends or eat a snack or listen to music. The only problem with the courtyard is that people use it at four in the morning and keep you awake.  The location is A+. It is so close to the free concert clamshell and a few steps from the beach.  The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is tiny.

It is steps from the Boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean. There is a nice outdoor area for guests just outside of the rooms. Staff is very friendly. Accommodations are clean and orderly but not fancy.

The parking is about 1/2 mile walk, and we had to feed a meter daily. Next time we aren't even renting a car. Almost everything we need is available on the Boardwalk and beach.

Great location - across the street from Margaritaville - very short walk to beach - "see' it from location. Many restaurants, entertainment stage, shopping on boardwalk Room adequate for brief 2 person stay. We were in unit 37 and the small kitchenette had a round table, but it was way too close to bed to adequately make use of it. Bathroom had hot water - just very small. Unit was efficiency studio - very small. TV was large flat screen that had local and other channels like Netflix, etc. available. We checked in early - about 11 am when maid finished cleaning our room. Would be easy to walk the boardwalk and eat, et6c. - they will store your luggage until your room is ready. Bed was very comfortable. Older property, but good value on price. No pool, but beach is 2-3 minute walk and they provide beach chairs, towels, etc..

Larger room would have made a world of difference. I would be tempted to find somewhere else to put the table even if it were on another wall or under tv. needed more lighting
