The staff is always very very nice- it’s the ONLY hotel I stay at when I’m in Jacksonville Florida. They make you feel very welcome!

I liked everything

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. The room was a great size, and so was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding, sheets, and pillows were awesome. Breakfast was also awesome. There were cheese omletes and link sausage and also an egg white only option that had cheese and peppers. The coffee was delicious with plenty of creamer and sweetener options. I was pleased with the ice machine, and in the workout room, there was a filtered water station.

The hotel lobby and hallways had a terrible musty odor that was very repulsive. I was hoping the room wouldn't have that odor, but it did. Even after spraying with a scented spray, the smell resurfaced.

The Green slime pool that they closed and it’s very very hot , A Holidsy Inn without a pool service in Fla should have their Holiday Inn sign removed ,Shame shame shame! Holiday Inn is an American Family’s hotel , on the freeway as a child we scanned for the green & white sign when we drove cross country to our grandparents in California and we would beg to pull over early so we could swim . The pool has Always been a Holiday Inn staple . Holiday Inn has always set the standard for family vacations , Hence the saying when referring to All other hotels’ well it’s No Holiday Inn’ meaning the pool was gross and the bathroom was dirty

Check in was quick and the male front desk was very accomodating when we told him about the room we booked was different than what he gave us. He even went to our room when we called about the TV not being able to stream to Netflix. Room was a little outdated but very spacious and clean. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and hairdryer. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Parking area was well lit.

Hotel Located at back of storage building and street name was hard to find. Very Near interstate and road was busy

The staff are always pleasant and go above and beyond . Dennis is a very nice and caring man , he is very helpful with directions and attractions . The breakfast is always exceptional. The rooms are very nice and clean also !

The fact that when I booked, I was not informed that the pool was out of order, and it was one of the main reasons I chose this location . We had stayed here before with my children and loved it , but we're disappointed and upset when we saw a green pool . But we're not informed until the next day by the front desk posting signs .

I liked the pop was open late so my kids got to I Enjoy it for a little while I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast with a decent amount of foods I have picky children

The ceiling had a few wet spots on it and the check out wasn’t 12 but other than that if ever in the area I would stay again. Also they did a $50 hold on my card and I haven’t been able to get it off my pending and get that money back yet I haven’t called my bank and them and no money yet so I’m a little upset about that I have a large family and I need that money

The beds and sheets were luscious. We loved them. Also, breakfast in the morning was really nice. The gentleman and there were two that were running the breakfast area. We’re working really hard and trying their best to get everything filled refilled and cleaned. My mom and I really appreciated that. Thank you.

State quiet hours in a large way in the elevators. Our room was directly across from the elevators on the third floor. There was a lot of noise late at night when people came off of the elevators to go to their rooms.

It was ok. I was hoping for bacon based on the photo but I was there for 3 nights and no bacon any morning. I don’t eat carbs right now so it was a little limited

My room was extremely hot when I first arrived and took awhile to cool off. I was on the fourth floor so I imagine it had to do with that. It would also be nice to have a desk lamp for reading. There is no overhead light in the main room and the ambient lighting is a little dim.

I couldn't have booked a better hotel stay! The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful! The breakfast they had for both Saturday and Sunday morning was magnificent and very much so delicious! I honestly hadn't been to a hotel that provided as much as they did! My family and I definitely enjoyed our time at the pool as well. The room was huge and the beds were very much so comfortable! I would definitely come back to this hotel to stay maybe even longer next time!

The breakfast had a good selection that varied throughout the days. Clean and spacious rooms.

The location is conveniently located to major roads, however the building is located behind a big storage facility and with no signs on the main road, the driveway is easy to miss. Pool was closed and it would have been nice to know this ahead of visit. Weight room was very hot and had no wipes to wipe equipment down.
