Friendly and helpful workers, comfortable, clean and the rooms are a good size.

The construction in the area, 3 streets blocked around the hotel that hasn't caught up with the GPS. A small pool. Aaron who works at the front desk is rude, unfriendly and has bad customer service skills.

Everything was great. Stayed one night, bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was super friendly

The shower....there's no door just a peice of glass that covers half the shower, when you shower the floor gets soaked....it was an odd design. We had to throw our towels on the floor after to soaked up the water. If we stayed more than one night we would need fresh towels each day.

They were very accommodating. We had to make alternate arrangements for a weekend trip and they were able to get us in and accommodate us.

There’s a lot of construction in the area, not their fault, but it does make it difficult to get to and fro sometimes

It’s very hard finding nice hotels on the northside I loved everything specially having a kitchen area in my room. Everything was nice and clean and it smelled very good inside

Customer service had to wait a few minutes for representative to come to the desk & my key stopped working towards check out maybe because it was close to the time but it was a quick fix no major complaints they were accommodating

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and places to go and eat. They had game day spirit and made us feel right at home!

The breakfast was not so good. There could have been more of a variety for the continental breakfast.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the apartment setup with full kitchen and separate sitting area. Staff were amazing! Free breakfast was very tasty and parking was free. Was there for the Chris Stapleton concert. Very close to the arena. Visited the beach while we were there too.

Staff were lovely and super helpful, the area isn’t the best but if you’re travelling via car I don’t think that will be much of an issue. 11am checkout was good, and the room was perfect for what we needed.

No complaints about the hotel and facilities.

The location was great the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room we was assigned had a urine smell. Call Jennifer at the front desk she changed our room with a smile on her face. The next room was great nice and clean.
