Real nice clean room and close to the main duval street so did not have to use car much. lot of places to eat and drink very close. the young girl in the office was very friendly and her dog rusty was really nice and made the place feel really homely.

Room was a lot smaller than it looks on photos and no room for suitcases so bed had been raised so they could be put underneath, this made the bed really high and my wife is short so it was difficult for her to get in and out of bed. The extra $25 a day for car parking is a little pricey as it says its best to pay for a slot in advance at the property due to limited space, we spent 6 nights here and only ever saw one other car in the other slots and they were mostly empty most of the time as locked bars stopping ppl parking in them, this needs to be included in room price or free for paying guests if they are not being used.

Loved the cute room, the breakfast was great and coffee available all day. The staff were helpful and friendly. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Rusty the dog kept guard and welcomed us each morning. Overall a great experience

I hadn’t realised that Key West has free roaming chickens. Not an issue until the break of dawn when the cockerels started crowing. But that is Key West and nothing Caribbean House can do anything about. 😊

Breakfast was okay but very limited as to what was served. The first morning we went down about 8:45 after they opened at 8:30 and there wasn’t much left. I had orange juice and a piece of toast.

The room was a little small as it held a king bed but it had everything we needed. There was a metal hanger for clothes on the wall but no closet. However there was a nice chest of drawers which helped. The bathroom was very small but had everything needed and fresh towels were furnished daily as they were used. Although I made the bed they straightened it and dumped trash every day. The service was excellent.

Location is close by everything. Super cute building and rooms. Loved that there are private entrances and seating all along both balconies. Staff made sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful/kind. Loved the coffee and mimosa bar in the morning and the option to buy bottled waters. Everything was so convenient and made for the perfect stay. Especially being able to reserve a parking spot right out front. Nothing was more than a 20 minute walk all around Key West from the room and Blue Heaven/Duval Street are super close by.

Great place to stay in Key West. Location was good and road parking not a problem. Rooms are compact but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Outside seating area with honesty bar was a nice facility as was the breakfast basket in the morning. Even some complementary bubbles at breakfast, unfortunately I was driving. Would recommend and definitely stay again if lucky enough to be back down. Owners/Managers are really friendly too, what’s not to like 👍

The house and the terrace have a wonderful Caribbean flair that make you feel excellent! The staff is very friendly and the location of the Caribbean House is excellent. You can reach every important place within a few minutes. We also liked that cold drinks are always available at a good price. A free public parking lot is located very close on Fort Street.

Our room was smaller than we thought. The owner knows about this problem and made extra space under the bed for the suitcases. Otherwise we would have had problems managing our luggage. It's nice that breakfast is included, but the selection is a bit small and can certainly be improved in the future. However, we really appreciated the free mimosas! Furthermore, breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m. This is very late in our opinion. Especially if you plan a boat trip, which often starts at 9 a.m., it is not possible to eat before. Therefore, breakfast from 7:30 a.m. would be much better.

Definitely the location - everything was for the most part walkable to. Of course the room was "cozy", and the bathroom tiny, but it suited our purpose and was cute as could be. Breakfast choices were excellent. Very happy with our stay!

Honestly, I can't think of anything we didn't like. Staying at Caribbean House is a happy memory for us. If we ever return to Key West, we would stay there again, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everything you need in a room, yes they are small rooms and yes using the shower can be a bit of a struggle, but you know that before you arrive so no surprises. Upstairs rooms are great we had a south facing upstairs, they provide a few tables/ chairs to sit out on the balcony.. so we nabbed one for outside our room... Bike hire was excellent easy way to get around Loved the breakfast great selection and breakfast tea for Brits.... well done.. One of the best we had on our Florida tour Bucksfizz provided in morning if your that way inclined Location is brilliant your minutes from main street..

Yes parking is a pain in the backside... so if you want no pain put your hand in your pocket for $20/$25? per night and use theirs...Book in advance they only have 4 spaces.. We didn't ... but we were lucky to find a space just 2 blocks away.. and I mean we were lucky... Apart from that.. what's not to like????

The hotel was cute and charming. Very clean facility and room. The staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. Breakfast was provided and it was delicious! Bagels, pastries, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice and Mimosas! Cute little breakfast area. Overall, we absolutely loved the place!

Rooms could be a bit bigger with an actual seating area, that was the ONLY drawback. There was only the bed to sit on and it was rather high, not easy for my husband to get on and off of.

Location was awesome! The morning breakfast offered was wonderful and had variety. The staff was friendly, efficient and informative. Offered fresh beach towels daily.

Although we appreciated the cool air, the window unit had a constant dripping sound. Which may have blocked the noise of some of the rooster crows. However, one of the employees mentioned how there would soon be renovations to install quiet wall units.
