We , me and my husband loved everything about this hotel...loved it.. it would be my place to stay every time we travel to Florida for vacation. We were comfortable and relaxed and just really enjoyed our stayed . We were even happy to stay two extra days do to the tropical storm. I loved it loved it. And would stay againg.

I was sad I could not get in the pool all week do to the rain . But It wasn't nothing I didn't like.

Close to where I had to be and plenty of parking space.

Entire building had a smell of mold/old. Elevator a bit ran out. Room smelled funky and bed sheets were dirty in of the beds. AC is louder than anything, couldn’t sleep until late because of the noise it makes. Breakfast is very limited and if you don’t go as soon as it starts, they don’t restock and you might not find anything left.

Free breakfast!!!!! Awesome!!!! And a pool… wow!! Bathrooms next to pool. Clean towels at all times by pool area. Laundromat room was great .. the room was so cozy too w a great view!! I miss it already.

I wish there was more umbrellas in pool area. Floaties. Noodles beach balls. More color to the pool area. Thats just an idea. I loved the pool especially my son.

Great location but guest room property needs to be renew because of our room was some issue with the shower and smelled something strange also some towels

Cleaning must be booked day before and the breakfast is too short window time I would like suggest 6-10 am instead 6-9am.

I like the location, free breakfast, shuttle service, and affordability.

I wish there were more times the shuttle bus would run. It would also be nice if there was a little more variety at the breakfast and my key card for my room kept failing to open the doors.

I loved the in room hot tub, hotel, location and staff was amazing.

I was hoping for a bit more cleanliness in hot tub and bed sheets, it wasn’t enough for me to call to get a sheet change but there were some stains on the sheets . In my opinion if there is even the smallest mark id throw them out. You are a hotel facility clean sheets are a must. Also Ice machine on our floor was broken .

This hotel has the feel of a well managed B&B with a friendly welcoming vibe. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a large modern TV. Convenient secure parking area. The location is what originally attracted me to this hotel. Its centrally located to attractions, shopping and restaurants. I'm a long time frequent visitor to the Kissimmee area. I am happy to recommend this property!

comfort of rooms .. Location...

I went to the breakfast not knowing that it was until 9am... They never told me... and the person in charge of cleaning the breakfast site told me to put my bagel in the microwave because he already unplug the toaster... that was not nice at all.... I didn't deserved that kind of sarcasm ..this was my second time there in 2 months... and I don't think i will go there for now.. my first review was totally different than this one !

lobby decor needs updating. halls and trim should be changed from yellow to grey. i think the yellow makes it look dated/dirty. Again this is a personal opinion. carpets look updated and clean but the yellow needs to go.

We drove down from Maine. We had the room with the jacuzzi tub in it, although only two of the jets actually worked it was still nice after a long day of driving around. The free breakfast breakfast was okay, nothing to big just dry goods. Also everything is somewhat close which was good. We ended up paying for two extra nights but by the end of the first extra night we decided we were going to go home and we got REIMBURSED for the second extra day!!!! That was cool because some hotels don’t do that! The staff were nice and over all a great experience 9/10 !

We didn’t swim in the pool because it was rather small and only goes 5ft deep.
