The location was great! A short walk from the main building or the pool to sugar white beaches and turquois waters. Also our room was in pristine condition and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were amazingly comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped (cups, dishes, pots and pans, etc), and the view from our balcony was awesome! The following may sound silly but water pressure in the shower was fire-fighter hose quality which was totally cool! I really dislike staying at a place that has weak water pressure. The staff was always friendly and ready to help, and the place was a short walk or a short drive from tons and tons of restaurants.

I found it a bit pricey. I get it, it is Marco Island and likely the cost was on par with other hotels in the same street. Also, the invoice I received after my stay was higher than what Booking.com said it was going to cost (not due to items or food consumed, just the price did not include the discount I was promised when I booked).

It was practical had all I needed to take a little retreat. Balcony was lovely to sit and watch the ocean and sunsets. Kitchen had everything I needed to do light cooking, having the small refrigerator was great. Good coffee maker with coffee pods and creamers provided. Location great. Shower is small but well supplied. Bathroom was spacious, good lighting and plenty of towels. Felt very safe with someone in lobby reception 24 hrs. Valet personnel very kind and wonderful.

Furniture and decor a bit outdated and drab, brown sofa is medium comfort. No work desk was a big inconvenience for us. Bedroom felt cramped in space.

Perfect location. Very well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our units totally updated and had everything we needed.

We have no complaints.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and polite. The room was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view of the beach! The balcony was also very nice to sit on and enjoy the view. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics and appliances. The gym was small, but sufficient. We loved our stay there!

Only 1 elevator was working, so it sometimes took a long time until it came.

The property has friendly staff. They were always trying to help. The beach bar staff were not super attentive but they weren’t horrible either. The property is huge and quite beautiful. They provide free beach umbrellas and chairs so no need to bring your own. They definitely need more help in the Valet Parking. The valet parking staff was great but took a while when there was a lot of guest. Not enough Valet staff for the amount of cars and guest. But they were friendly and kind. I definitely recommend staying here, the location is beautiful, people were nice, place was clean. They have stores near by so you can walk. 9.5/10

Can’t say I had a bad experience

Very nice resort! From the outside, to the reception area, to the hallways, to the room everything was pretty spectacular! The spaciousness and decor of the hotel was awesome! The valet TK greeted us upon arrival and was more than helpful in getting us unloaded and getting our vehicle valet parked (which was included with our reservation.. awesome!). In the reception area, the "colorful and charismatic" Julio was a delightful person who greeted us, gave us the "lay of the land" and the keys to our suite. The suite was very nice and very well stocked with just about everything you would need during a stay! The view to the ocean was spectacular from our floor! The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleeps before approaching each day's activities. The short walk to the beach was just as nice with lots of scenery along the way. We will definitely keep this hotel on the list for any return trips to the Marco Island/Naples area. In fact, I'll plan on inquiring with the resort for the exact same suite when I come. Awesome Stay!

Only "less than spectacular" item was the shower which was a bit too low for my height along with being able to adjust it better from keeping water to spill out onto the bathroom floor, as it was a walk-in shower. Loved the idea, but it could use some modifications.

The hotel was very nice and we liked the private beach

What I did not like was I called about 5 days before arrival day to try and get an early arrival because I have a young child and each time I called they advised me to call back . I continued calling everyday but had to wait until 4 pm outside with a 3 year old . Not very accommodating . This is the first hotel that I have stayed out that Did not give us an early check in not even an hour before and I also never received a text that the room was ready . I also called the night before leaving to see if we could get a late check out and they advised me to call at 9:30 in the morning which I did only to get a recorded message . Just upsetting because we had to check out by 11 and could not stay awhile later .

The facilities are beautiful... Nice bonus that we each had a beach chair and umbrella at our disposal. The room were comfortable kitchen was well stocked etc.

The only thing that was AWFUL was the Sofa's sleeping bed. The first night I slept in it the back part of the head fell in. I had to grab the cushions to prop up the bed. Middle of the night I ended sleeping on the recliner. The 2nd night I slept in the recliner. In closing the sofa bed I needed help because most of the brackets were loose very difficult to close and put back in. Needs to be replaced or at least fixed...

The common areas of the building have an opulent feel and the apartment has an airy coastal decor. The head of the valet staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect and the outdoor patio is a wonderful extension of the living space. The kitchen has everything one could need to prepare small meals. Proximity to beach is amazing.

The double door configuration of the bathroom entry offers less bathroom privacy than a single door.

We were on the top floor facing the ocean so that was the best part. We went in early Sept so we had our share of rain and humidity (hanging out on the balcony to enjoy it more was not really an option). Access to the beach is just a little walk, not too bad. There are a few restaurants and a 7-11 a few blocks away.

The room is small, especially the kitchen. It would be much better if that was a little bigger, especially the frig if you're trying to save money and cook in the room.
