Proximity to the beach and that they lent us beach chairs and had breakfast.

That fact that you had to park 3 blocks away and pay for it and you had to pull your suitcase up a flight of stairs to enter the building.

Doors slamming by staff all day long starting at 7 am. Staff in hallways constantly on walkie talkies with the volume all the way up. Neighboring rooms are noisy. We had adjoining rooms and someone was always trying to open the door between the rooms by shaking the handle and pulling on it. One guy said he thought it was a closet. Windows whistling in the wind. Very loud place. Beds are comfortable and lots of pillows! Unfortunately the pool was cold.

The views are amazing from the balconies, the staff is super friendly and helpful

Pool and restaurant were under maintenance and construction, but we were able to use the sister hotel amenities, so worked out ok. Also, there was no microwave in our room.

Thank you so much to you for an amazing stay. Firstly it is in a great location on Collins avenue close to fontainebleu and shops. The night staff I think his name is fernando he is the concierge at night and security. He is amazing, very helpful and polite. He always made sure we were ok when coming in after a night out. The staff were very accommodating ensuring we had water and our room had been cleaned. Everyone is so friendly but in particular the night security guy was one of the best people I met on my vacation. The rooms are better in real life.

The staff was friendly and helpful, perfect location, and the price was decent. Housekeeping did a great job! The shower had awesome pressure.

The pool was freezing cold, had to park at the beach parking lot a half mile away, no microwave, small beds, shower has poor design, and the walls are very thin. All of which I had expected for the price, and we could tell that the staff was doing the best they could with what they had.

Service at restaurant was not fast so don’t be In a rush .. I only had a drink, but my friends and family ordered burgers one was burnt , other one looked awful but our friend ate it, the fries were cooked in old oil rancid taste… The Hotel was clean comfortable beds and staff friendly…

Beach was very close.Room had ocean view..was wonderful.Room had little fridge and seperaite room for claset Bottle water was add every day,We had umbrella and two beach chairs..in the hotel price..Swimming pool very clean also with chairs.. Very nice Lobby.Buses stop was just by the hotel..You could see hotel from the beach was very good marked with big name.

Beautiful room. They allowed us to do an early check in earlier. Free Umbrella e beach chair. Right on the beach. The receptionist Nini was very helpful. Best value for money. I would stay there again.

I was waiting in the lobby for my room and I was laying in the couch, because I had a night flight and I couldn’t sleep in the airplane and a old man that works there, maybe the security told me to sit up. I think he was very impolite.

Fantastic hotel. The one we had planned to stay at cancelled the reservation right as we arrived in Miami. Lexington was the first one to pop up on my search for another hotel, and I wasn't in a position to be picky, just grateful to find a room. Turns out it was a blessing in disguise that the first one cancelled. Lexington was perfect; will definitely stay there every time I'm in Miami.
