Great location!!Restaurant on site as well as convenience store and bike rentals. We didn’t have a hair dryer and one of the refrigerator shelves were broken. As soon as I texted the problem to SeaStays it was fixed that day. Free shuttle close by as well. Huge apartment!

Kitchen could have had some dishwasher soap and some trays to make ice cubes for drinks etc Didn’t realize the “third bedroom” was a loft until later. Worked out fine though. Valet car was a bit of a hassle at times. Seems like always a lot of people waiting to get their vehicles.

It was very spacious.

The property manager, Julieta, ignores your text. My necklace/ chain fell behind the headboard, which is in the master suite. Mind you, the headboard is semi nailed to the wall and can easily be removed and put back. As of now, no efforts have been made to retrieve it. She texted me one or two times, and when she did, she had an attitude. When you pay someone almost $2,000 for 3 nights, you expect a little more respect.The property was very nice. However, I'm very disappointed in Julieta.

Beach front with pool, poor bar, restaurant, convenience shops, gift shop, valet, etc. very cool history being the former Playboy Plaza Hotel. A couple good restaurants walking distance in nearby condos. The unit itself has a nice sized kitchenette, nice view of the city, seemed clean.

The restaurant was over priced, the convenience store prices were way too high, the gift shop prices were way too high. I prefer to park my own car and not have the valet, but the valet staff were very good. I wish the Roman bath was open on the LL, I guess they were remodeling but I didn’t see any work being done and it was closed the whole time. The unit didn’t have a dresser for clothes, wish it did.

Seastays is a very busy location so checking in was a little hectic but it is right on the beautiful beach and it has a very nice pool and restaurant out by the pool. The room was very spacious and has a kitchenette. On checkout day it was hectic again with not being able to get an elevator for a little while. Other than that it was a very nice location and place to stay. It was very clean. The concierge helped us get an Uber during the hectic checkout. There are little stores to get food and groceries and there is a bar restaurant in the main building. The location was safe to venture out at night on the trolley. The trolley gets very crowded. I would highly recommend staying here. We would like to return soon.

It's not really marked where you check in so we just followed some people. The wait to get an elevator to leave was shocking but we had plenty of time to get to our destination so it didn't impact us negatively.

Location was perfect for what we intended to do on the trip. Loved the location for 1) The boardwalk for ease of access to nearby restaurants. 2) The access to the free trolley for a grocery trip 3) The fact that we could just walk over to the beach and 4) The balcony facing the ocean... Beds were comfy. I had a pleasant trip. The café and the store on property were also convenient for us to buy some quick breakfast and some wine.

Outdated bathroom and the hot plate that took more than 20 minutes to make scrambled eggs.

Everything is much better than in the photos: a clean beach, a clean pool that is very large and of varying depths. The room comes with sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach. Nobody disturbed us throughout the entire stay. The quality of the beds is excellent. Everything is based on trust – I didn’t pay a deposit. Free parking was available, and there were plenty of staff around, so there was no need to wait or request car service. The room is small but overall, everything was perfect – 10/10.

Security was harassing me and my family in the pool area unprofessional and telling us we need to check out because we are not following her rules.. Really with all the money and planning we did for this trip.. when you will speak to her she will continue listing to her AirPod.. we had and empty cooler not even near the pool and she kept harassing. This was Saturday on our way back to the pool. Dominican lady don’t know her name..

Very secure room access with the code, the apartment was exactly like we expected, very good supply in the kitchen and ample room for 5 gests. Seen the pool but NO access to it, it was fenced.

Very obnoxious parking attendant's telling me how much I need to pay for the service, so I ask, If I ask for my car 10 times per day do I need to pay $100 ????? Second day we have been waiting 45 min for the car and was Not many travelers at all. Made reservations and paid for apartment with 4 beds and got 3 beds !!!!!! Asking at the front desk was waste of time " we only check-in and have no influence on any subject ......... " Standing in line to Check-in I was watching very frustrated gests that did have issues however my check-in was flowless, so what gives at that place.

The place was great! The location was literally right off the side of the beach so in the daytime you could just look over to the ocean on your balcony! The best view is ocean view of course! We even had free chairs and umbrella for the beach! And it was my Mother’s Day gift which I ended up getting a few my hours after 11am check in and was extended for only $40 bucks more for check out time 3pm! Me and my family enjoyed our two days trip there I would definitely go again!

The only downside was one of the nights we wanted to get our car to get food Bcus the kids were hungry from parking and we waited outside for an hour before they found our car! I stayed outside with my kids and my daughter was already struggling with a little cold. There was a lot of breeze outside and I got very upset with the parking staff. Was not a nice situation! Oh yeah and the long wait when you have to get checked in to your room when you first arrive is another PAIN ! Other than that it was great 😊
