Best hotel I've ever been to, perfect location, perfect service, great rooms, greater comfort and privacy

The only thing I didn't like was that parking lots must have a number of rooms so that each person can have a specific parking lot to store their car.

Everything but the shower was great! I didn’t go into it with high expectations but it had great reviews for cleanliness which was more than reviews of other hotels in the area at the price point had so we took the chance. The biggest complaint I’ve seen is the lack of cleaning service mainly due to trash. That didn’t bother me. We prepared ahead and brought our own towels and there were outside trash cans everywhere on property so we weren’t stuck with trash piled in our room all week we just took the trash to the outdoor trashcan right by our room. Extra trash bags were provided.

The shower was a little frustrating. We had to let it run for anywhere from 10-20 minutes before it would even produce hot water. Then once it finally got hot it would go cold on you mid shower for about 30 seconds

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for our recent stay. We absolutely loved the place! We spent six days there and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was exceptionally clean; it was spotless when we arrived. The attention to detail was remarkable, with even the smallest things being taken care of. The linens were fresh, the fridge worked perfectly, and although the air conditioning would occasionally switch off, we never felt uncomfortable. It seemed to be a power-saving feature, which we appreciated. The lighting was just right for us, and we particularly enjoyed having access to the Amazon Fire Stick on the TV. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found everything to be delightful. If there’s one suggestion we have, it would be to consider including breakfast or offering a discount on breakfast options. We only found out about the breakfast availability the day before we left, which would have been nice to know earlier.

Good communication by owner. Smooth and easy access to accommodation via door keypad. Access information was supplied via email/booking.com messenging, around 1hr before arrival. Modern room with Disney touches. Massive bonus of having no additional charges after booking (via booking.com), everything was included in price, so no rip-off parking or resort fees and one of the main reasons why we booked. Parking spaces are plentiful. No cleaning unless you pay for it. Fine by us as it stops interruption by staff every day. However, there are plenty of laundry facilities for sheets and towels. Washing machine cost was $2.50 per load and $3.00 for the dryer. Good clean pool, open hours were stated from 'dawn till dusk'. Walkways cleaned daily by staff and plenty of waste bins on site to clear room rubbish.

There was no seating facilities in the room. There is a table and due to the size of the room could easily accommodate 1 or 2 chairs. The only option is to lay on the beds.

I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the room. The furnishings were of good quality and the beds comfortable. The floors were laminate and there was no carpet. It was decorated very nicely and the bedding and pillows of good quality. The bathroom was clean and the toilet and shower updated. The television and programming was excellent also.

The shower took a little getting used to but once figured out it was ok. Other than that I had no complaints with the room. I did expect a little more from the restaurant. I had a dinner and It wasn't very good. I thought I had pre-paid for breakfast when I booked the room but was told I had to pay for it anyway. The breakfast buffet was pretty limited with very few items and the entre wasn't that good either. The staff was very friendly though.

The room was easy accessible, clean and very spacious. The pool was outside the door but bc it's not summer, it was quiet. The facilities were well kept. The staff at the hotel itself kept the ground very clean. I want a fan of the connecting door because I have OCD, I had to keep checking to make sure the lock was secure.

The connecting door. I'm not a fan of connecting doors when I'm not with a group but that's just my thing. I didn't like the bathroom. It was tight and there was a partial glass but amazingly the floor wasn't wet from the shower. I didn't like that I couldn't adjust the shower but it falls like a waterfall which isn't good if you don't want your hair wet. I didn't like the slope on the inside of the tub when stepping in. It wasn't level so that's not good for an older person or anyone with knee, ankle or balance issues. The room was great overall. The bathroom was just my thing. It's fine for people that don't need a lot of space. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!

Pillows too high not comfortable. During 10 days no cleaning or changing towels / sheets had to pay extra for it. Maybe could offer a coffee machine or kettle in the bedroom it would be nice:)

Love the place it's near the attractions and supermarket. The place was clean, and really nice, the restaurant staff and food was great! I will definitely recommend this place to people that are looking for a great place and great price!

Please take a minute to check the pillows they are very hard and makes it a little difficult to sleep, other than that the place is awesome and we will stay there next time!

Very clean, and affordable. Room was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and even cotton swabs! Location is great, about 15 minutes away from the Disney parks and nearby restaurants and pharmacy too. Perfect for a quick weekend trip. Would stay here again in the future. It was easy to check in online and the host was great at communicating in a timely manner.

The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it!
