The shuttle service was amazing and so helpful! We had to be at the airport by 5 am and the shuttle driver was so helpful and dropped us off right at our airline. Very convenient! I would stay again if I had another flight out of orlando.

If you have an early morning flight it’s conveniently located close to airport. They offer airport shuttles even at 3am for those 6am flights. We didn’t use the shuttle as we had a rental car but they asked us at checkout if we needed one. Every staff member we came in contact with was super nice. The young girl that checked us in was super sweet. If you have an electric car or accidentally rented one like us their sister hotel has two charging stations. There are several restaurants within walking distance which was nice for us since we had to charge the car. Next time I have an early flight I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was super clean. The pool area was gorgeous, and the lounge area outside was so comfy around the fire pit. 🔥 We loved everything about this hotel! The price was great! Especially with the nice breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. The girls at the front desk were super nice.We asked for a box fan and extra blankets. They brought us some fast! We needed silverware and plates for leftovers, and they went and got some for us. We needed ice. They got some for us. We didn't realize there was an ice machine on our floor. Felt bad putting the gurl to work after we had seen it later. We probably were a pain in the butt (needy), but they were soo pleasant to us. 😊Plus, they let us check out late cause our flight was at 5 pm. This hotel is definitely worth every penny spent. Book this hotel! Oh, and did I tell u it's pet friendly 😁

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

The continental breakfast was high quality and easily accessible. Nice big space for plenty of people to enjoy at the same time. The staff was friendly and very helpful as I am sure they cater to many out of town vacationers. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Have a relationship with a couple of the restaurants very close where you can get discounts with them by showing your room card. Swimming pool and fire pit out back were very clean and appealing.

A few restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel but gas stations and convenience stores were a little further away. Nothing Hampton Inn can control but a slight inconvenience.

This is a great airport hotel only a few minutes from Orlando airport. Reception is efficient and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. Shuttle service was a real plus. If you need a base before or after a flight before moving on, this should be up there on your choices.

UK travellers with O2 be aware that “auto” selection of your phone may mean your sim is not compatible with AT&T. So I could not ring for the shuttle bus on arrrival and had to take a taxi. Try another provider on manual selection.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. I’m used to airport hotels in this price range feeling run down, busy, and noisy. And smelling weird or off-putting. That was not at all my experience here. I had the best sleep after all day flying from Alaska, the room was spacious and very clean. No weird smells, adequate AC, and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I went seeking nearby dinner and later airport shuttle. They suggested two nearby restaurants right across the street that offered discounts for hotel guests. I was sad to leave the next morning and when I arrived at my Universal resort room for the remainder of the week, honestly I missed this hotel especially since it was a workation and this hotel room had a fantastic desk setup. Big plus, even staying in the corner nearest the airport, I didn’t experience nuisance airplane or traffic noise.

Nothing to not like!

The hotel was in a prime location with the airport just minutes away and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was great and the were able to check all 4 of our rooms in early. The shuttle service was excellent and will take you within 2 miles of the hotel no just to the airport so that was great.

The shuttle service was great coming in we had a scooter that broke down for easy transport. We were able to put it on the shuttle with no problem. However as we were leaving they informed us that it was a liability to the company and we would have to wait for private transport which they paid for so that was great but it took an hour for them to come and we almost missed our flight thankfully it was delayed or we would have missed it.

Hotel was in an excellent location- lots of restaurants right across the parking lot from it. The airport shuttle was very quick and efficient. Pool area was great! Rooms were very big and clean. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! We had an early flight so didn’t get to experience the complimentary breakfast but it looked delicious as they were just setting up as we left. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend!

I am a wheelchair user and when we were picked up at the airport we put the chair in the bus and got to the hotel, the driver booked our shuttle to the airport for the next day. the next day we were told that we could not put the chair on the bus as it was motorised, we informed the staff that it had come on the bus the night before and she said it should not have done. They offered a solution for us and that was to get a taxi for us payed by them. we agreed, only to find that they did not send a taxi big enough for 2 people my motorised chair and our luggage. We managed to squeeze it all in but it was an uncomfortable 8 minute ride to the airport.

Staff, location, discount at restaurants, free shuttle, coffee anytime, gym.

Guests at breakfast stealing food. One mother and daughter actually brought zip lock bags and loaded them up. Kitchen had to refill bagels and muffins. Another made 5 plates stacked up to the elevator. This is why most hotels don't offer breakfast any more or there is a charge for it.
