Rachel at the front desk is an absolute shining star! She greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude. She makes each guest experience personal. We were there for a concert, along with several other guests. It was also a UCF game day. When we checked in, she asked if we were there for the concert and seemed genuinely interested. The next morning at breakfast she wanted to hear about our concert experience and even shared that she had listened to some songs by the band to talk about! Talk about individualized service. The property and location were great for what we needed. The other staff that we interacted with were also top notch!!!

The hotel is in a great location when visiting UCF. This hotel was very clean, had interesting artwork, and an array of photo collages. The breakfast area was very nice, and having a variety of diced fruits to eat was a real plus! The toiletries in our bathroom were very nice and had a pleasant scent.

Our room had a window that faced an outside wall of the hotel which wasn't pleasant. We should have asked for a different room. Apparently, there were 2 different rooms booked through 2 different sites for our family of 3, and this was a costly mistake. Wish the hotel had reached out to us earlier to rectify the error.

Very nice hotel, better value and in my view nicer amenities than the others in the area. Smaller and less busy which was nice and the facilities are good. The hotel is being renovated so only getting better. Staff are always helpful and frieendly.

Only gripe was the dietary allowances, rather lack of. But this is not something specific to the Hampton Inn Orlando East, it was a common issue in the area. Only a small number of establishments understood this and less accommodated it. But there are a few gems who specialise in special dietary requirements (mine was gluten) and the traditional food is fairly safe also.

Our room was very nice and breakfast was nice as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find guest laundry because it wasn’t mentioned online anywhere and I was planning on going to a laundromat. We also really enjoyed how close everything was from places to eat to a grocery store, Walmart, pretty much anything you need. All of the attractions we visited were within a half hour drive which was great because we didn’t want to stay in the touristy areas.

My only complaint is there wasn’t a vent fan in the bathroom so it got and stayed humid in the bathroom after showers

We were greeted by Ms. Rachel who was very king and funny. Hotel texted throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. Parking was great and spacious. Breakfast was on time. The hotel was very very clean which I really appreciate. I will come back. Great staff and facility.

My only observation is we should have more hooks in the bathroom and in the room. We used all the hangers between our clothes and towels. Shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Love the decor and the design of the building… beds were comfortable.. staff was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable…every employee we came across.. loved the outside balcony over looking the pool .. enjoyed the breakfast and especially the complimentary ice cold water and yummy delicious chocolate chip cookies.

Very quiet property…did not hear other guests Very comfortable bed and very clean room overall Bathroom was modern and soaps/shampoos were excellent quality. Delicious breakfast and for an extended amount of time 6-10am. I would highly recommend this property. Less than a 5 minute drive the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Excellent workout room but more resistance training options would be awesome. Enjoyed doing cardio and did some weight training with the dumbbells but wish there was more equipment and room was bigger to allow for it, otherwise enjoyed thoroughly.

Location if perfect when visiting our son at UCF. There are a lot of restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc in short driving distance. Hotel is in excellent conditions, staff is corteous and prompt, rooms are in very good conditions, breakfast is very good and constantly replished, pool was clean and we felt safe in the area.

Lights on bathroom and room are not good (not bright enough). Pillows are way too soft but in general an excellent options besides these two minor details.

The staff was extremely pleasant in all of our interactions. The hotel breakfast was a great way to start the day each day. Loved the screened in patio for hanging out outside of our room.

The room was smaller than it appeared in photos and was in need of a brightening/freshening. Didn’t care for the sliding door that separates the sleeping area from the bathroom. Didn’t afford much privacy.

Breakfast was good, really wished they would have had bananas each day.

I know you can’t do anything about the city water but it was terrible. Really liked our room, plenty of space with the separation of the bedroom from the living area. Also liked the shower being in separate room from the sink area.
