Location was good right in the heart of town. Staff were helpful.

Parking valets were quite rude on arrival when we asked what other options there were. We literally drove through the car park and straight ahead to the left was a public car park which was $18 for 24 hours. There were also always queues of people wait for their vehicles at the valet park. I think they get parked off site. The rooftop pool was great but wasn’t that peaceful as people coming and going allowed the gate to slam. Room was serviced every other day which was fine but if you wanted top up of coffee etc you had to ask at reception then wait for housekeeping to bring up to your room. On one occasion this took over half an hour. So we learned to plan ahead.

Location is pretty good in the downtown. The hotel is immacutaley clean, with good housekeeping system. a very good self catering 0-24 open vending machine like shop is avaiable. Breakfast is good especiially the menu is temptimg. The room was cosy and big enough. The most important pro for the hotel is the STUFF. They are always smiling, helpful, never looking tired. So all in all if You are about to visit Orlando this is a very very good option to take.

The humidity but this is not the fault of the Hotel :-)

Thery didn't give us invoice claiming that Booking will send our invoice.I clicked "buisness trip" when I booked the hotel from your site and added my company name - adress and tax number.Since I made my payment with a company credit card, my company's accounting department is now asking for the invoice regarding this expense. I need urgent help on this issue. Since payments made with company cards in Turkey are strictly controlled by the Ministry of Finance, we have to enter the invoice into the system as soon as possible.

The staff were amazing. I casually mentioned I was a coffeeholic and they sent extra coffee to my room without my asking. The location is also ideal. A little out of the tourist area but close enough to walk anywhere in downtown.

The Valet pricing at $32 / day, I drove up parked, stayed 3 days and then drove out never seeing my rental car in between and that cost me $100, and you don't find out the cost until you get there. And there is no nearby alternative. No housekeeping service without requesting it.

The perfect home away from home. Nijla made me feel like I was so special when I walked into the establishment. I enjoyed her professional demeanor and kindness. Everything was great!I will definitely return. That's surroundings were ideal for future business. Really appreciated the opportunity to be there.

The location is convenient to many downtown activities and restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of bathroom counter space and closet space. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I would like a self park option rather than relying on valet. A streaming service or a tv channel guide would have been very nice to have.

The room was nicely decorated, designed, and very clean. The front desk team was very helpful and friendly. All staff members greeted us and even offered to assist with luggage cart return and asked how our stay was going. Great crew!

On 9.20.22 @ about 1112 a.m. I watched a young valet out front, named Hayden, try to remove grease from his hands by wiping them on the building's support column. He did this 2 or 3 times. He was doing something under the hood of a car in the valet line. I finally pointed out that he was making a mess on a brand new building and asked "who's going to clean that up?" He responded very angrily, saying "Who's gonna clean it up? I am!" I would have fired him on the spot, if he were my employee!

Clean and basic Hilton feeling. Comfy bed. Nice service

Flat pillows. Breakfast selection was lacking compared to other Hiltons I stayed at. Required $26 per night Valet parking. Pool is not a pool but a big hot tub (called a pool spa on the sign) and it was hot out.

Great room, comfortable beds, new hotel, everything clean, bathroom with quality bath products.

the worst breakfast I've ever had in my life. completely abandoned, almost no options, raw pancakes, all the food bathed in oil, disgusting, absolutely disgusting.

I liked the location, the size of the room, and the comfort of the room.

The valet parking was a nightmare. Not enough employees and space. I paid for valet parking, waited a long time for someone to take our car at 1am. Ended up parking my own car and picking my own car in the morning. We paid $32 for a service that was not rendered.
