Very modern and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was typical breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, oatmeal, yogurts, etc. We would definetly stay again. Bed was comfortable. Ac and heat worked well. Enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Very thin walls, people were super loud walking through the hall ways (can’t fault the hotel for that). We had little bugs in our room (not bed bugs) that kept biting us. Looks like spider bites.

Nice location, fresh air, parking spots available, clean modern room, quiet area, and quiet room.

first room was a bit noisy because the elevator was very close, and the bathroom vent ran continuously, foggy windows, then second room was very quiet but had no vent, it would be good to have a switch for the bathroom vent

We evacuated from Clearwater. I was so happy to find nice accommodations that would allow me to bring my cats. They are my babies and if they can't go with us, we don't leave. The staff was wonderful. During the storm, the hotel did lose power, which meant no elevator! My husband is not able to navigate stairs and Leo, in maintenance was kind enough to help us move our things down 5 flights and help Rich safely down the stairs. Leo was my hero today! I highly recommend this property. It was comfortable, quiet and we had everything we needed! Many thanks!

One tiny little thing. if I turned off the entry lights, the TV also turned off. But not a big deal!

I have been coming here since March and have even recommended your hotel to others coming in town. But yesterday I got the worst room yet on the 4th floor. The bathroom can definitely use some upgrading. Very much made me feel icky. This is the 2nd time I came, and the 1st elevator closest to the check-in desk was out of service, causing me to have to walk down to the other. It's not a problem if the room wasn't so close to the other side. I've had much better experiences at this hotel. This is my go-to, I hope my next experience doesn't become my last.

The staff was very efficient and helpful. I love the pre check-in. I drove 19 hours, and my daughter and I were very tired. Because of the pre check-in process, I was at the check-in counter for all of 2 minutes. Also, the room was spotless and smelled wonderful. My favorite thing about my stay was the call I received from the front desk asking if I was okay with my room. That made me feel like they cared about me. I will be in Orlando very frequently, and this is the only hotel that I'll stay at.

Very clean and friendly staff. Rooms are big and bathroom is very nice and large as well. An issue came up with the A/C and they quickly gave us another room. The breakfast area is beautiful and good size the food was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal and apple juice and orange juice. Pool is very clean with nice seating. We will be back to winter park in the near future and will book again at this hotel.

There was nothing to report. No complaints with our stay.

The staff was amazing. The GM went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I will definitely rebook at this hotel. My room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Very nice tucked away location, it was perfect.

The only thing that could have been more comfortable would be the temperature of the pool and hot tub. Both were cooler than I like, but also they were very clean. I really enjoyed the outside pool area, we spent a lot of time out there.

Was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property and how quiet the rooms are. Decent location, but wouldn't recommend it for a Disney vacation. Breakfast was adequate for free.

The only issue I had is that it is not possible to turn the A/C unit off. Even if you push the "off" button it still continues to blow and it's quite loud. But the upside is that it acts like a sound machine when you sleep. Parking is a bit tough, but I was able to find a spot each time I needed to.

I liked the decor and design of hotel. The room was spacious and I loved the recliner! The breakfast was really good and had many choices.

We started in a room with no ac. We had to move to another room which was a lot of work for me as I had my disabled husband in a wheelchair and his service dog. The second room was very cold though.

Location was close to UCF and everything else needed like restaurants. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area was large and selection of food was adequate. Great waffles Nice Coffee station on the main floor. Appreciated the fridge in the room.

Beds were not comfortable, very stiff and pillows were tired with no fluff. Hotel's fit and finish were showing age, i.e., paint missing in areas, wallpaper peeling, etc. Breakfast was appreciated but sausage was basically Banquet premade sausage(very cheap). TV was difficult to see from bed due to its size. Stair way was never cleaned the 3 days we were there.
