Friendly front desk clerk. Close proximity to Disney.

Gave us a recently renovated room at check it. Clean, nothing fancy or special. New paint on walls, that was poorly applied, noticable streaking, light and dark areas. Paint above toilet was peeling. Mirror above sink not update, shows missing silvering from years of service. Updated lamps and ceiling lamp oversized and tacky. Shower head would not stay in place, kept slipping towards and spraying wall. Floor creaked when standing in tub and walking across the floor. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Could hear constant road traffic and people above walking incessively back and forth. Third stay in 2 months. May not be back.

The black lady that checked me in in the afternoon made me feel like I was checking into a 5-star hotel in terms of welcome and consideration. This is a great budget hotel 5 minute car ride from Animal Kingdom. Room spacious. Lots of draw space. Comfortable bed. Nice pool.

Very little. Shower pressure quite low and shower tiles could do with a revamp. Breakfast nice but basically. In room coffee maker average.

Perfect location from Disney Theme Parks. Exactly 1.5 miles to get to World drive. Many restaurants in the area. Walmart also close by if you forgot any essentials. Clean breakfast area.

There are no chest drawers in the suites, this makes long stays very difficult cos you have to live out of your bag. Even the standard rooms did not have any drawers. You get 6-8 hangers in the sink area, that's it. Will consider this hotel for short stays only in the future.

We stayed here for one night after two expensive nights in WDW. The location was convenient to the parks, and the price was a great value. (They have a nice pool, too, if you're staying longer.) The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. And that breakfast was amazing! I would stay there again just to use their pancake maker, lol.

A few small things: 1. When I entered the lobby, there was a dead bug on the floor. This is Florida in summer, so you know what kind of bug I'm talking about. Yes, it was dead, but the fact that it was there, in the lobby, grossed me out. Fortunately, I saw no live bugs during my stay. 2. Check-in was painfully slow. It was late, though, and the clerk was doing his best with the growing line of guests. 3. They ran out of orange juice at breakfast! 4. Breakfast ends promptly at 9:30. I felt that was a bit early.

The low price come with a gym, a pool, a water fountain, 24 hours front desk, and breakfast. totally worth the price. And the location.

the light was not too bright. Need more light or a brighter color of the light to illuminate the room. The smell of the water is like swamp. The soap wasn't working, making it hard to clean the body thoroughly

breakfast was nice, close to the disney parks, great location, and it was convenient to go back and forth. We had easy access to our room, and it was clean, toiletries were restocked everyday with clean towels, so no problems at all. Price is also really good, so it meets what you would expect for that price.

Nothing, it really met all my expectations so can't really complain.

The staff was very nice, breakfast was on point, and had different options every morning as well. The location was perfect for gift shops and dining and no more than a 20-minute drive from all of Disney.

When first checking in, there was a guy trying to "sell" time share visits with the promise of a free visa card. That was off- putting.

Great location, near to Walnart and souvenir storez in the Kissimnee area. near to food outlets and short distance from Disney parks. there are laundry facilitiez on site.

The room could have been bigger, but that was my fault in booking the room. Housekeeping was done every day. front office staff were very helpful and ptofessional. breakfast was very tasty and had a variety to choose.

exceptional service from the staff, location was easy and central to all the disney parks. rooms are spacious but could use a good clean as the humidity effects everything. I cant say enough about the friendly and super accommodating service! Thank you for a really great stay!

cleaning service was a bit lacking, but it was my fault that i didnt bring it to the attention of the staff.

The staff the staff was excellent they were accommodating and the nicest most pleasant staff I’ve ever come across staying in hotels. The breakfast was outstanding and what made the breakfast. Outstanding was the staff. They were on top of everything everything was perfect.

We loved everything about our trip there
