Location and accessibility

Needs to be some maintenance upgrades and possibly add some elevators and more elevator location signage installed in reference to directions for condo and parking decks. Over all great vacation

The elevators are TERRIBLE, 30 minutes to get on an elevator to get to our room. Check in process was HORRIBLE, I was there for 2 hours trying to check in because they said I owed additional fees, when in fact it was already paid for. AND…. they do not supply you with anything, when I asked someone in the lobby for a trash bag she told me the hotel doesn’t supply you with anything, you have to bring/buy your own things… inconvenience considering that wasn’t mentioned during booking or checkin

The main pool was great. The Wharf restaurant was amazing and delicious! The view of the lake was also very pretty!

The beds were horrible! You could hear and feel the springs pop when you laid down. Our room smelled horrible, like wet dog when we first walked in. When we arrived there was no clear directions of where to park or where to even go. No parking pass was left in our room for us- i texted for this issue and they advised me to speak with hotel security- when attempting to speak with them they didnt have time to get me a pass because they were dealing with a local drunk. So we gambled with not having a pass for the night til the next morning. I had no direction of how to get to any of the pools on the other floors. No information for the stores or restaurant that was on the property. The main reason we booked this property was because of the kiddie pool area. Once we finally found it, half of the objects in the kiddie pool area didnt even work, slide was closed down and broke. Wasnt advised of this either. Our room was on the South side of the building but we had to park in the North tower which was a VERY long walk. Not to mention I wasnt able to get help with a luggage carrier because guest services werent available upon the time of arrival. We most likely wont be back to this property. Wasnt worth the money spent.

No one never fixed the wifi after calling several times

I liked that there were lots of other college kids our age there, it made the experience way more fun and worth it. I think if it was nothing but families our time would not have been as enjoyable.

The staff was extremely rude all of the time, I could tell they were targeting college kids. I can understand spring break is a hard time for employees but that is also when you are making the most money. Signing in was ridiculous between figuring out if we were an Air B&B, a timeshare, or through the resort itself. We spent our entire first day until 5pm signing in to the resort because the employees did not know what was going on and held us hostage in the lobby even though I needed to access my car to get my ID to sign in. Eventually we had to drive to a while different resort to sign in which is ridiculous.

Great location

The condo was ran down. Need to be repainted. Cleanliness was a major issue. Master bathroom smelled of urine. Sand was all over floor from previous guest. We will not stay again! Kept telling us they was coming fix the WiFi and never showed up for 6 days.
