The dessert and lemonade they left were absolutely amazing and a great touch. The room was so quaint, clean, very nicely decorated. The location was phenomenal. I will definitely stay here again.

After I checked out I struggled with communication, I did not see the check out requirements of stripping the beds, taking out the trash etc. I thought it was equivalent to a motel instead of an air bnb so I did not do any of those things.

Super cute style. Enter individual door rooms from outside. Beach is east walk across the street. Free bikes and loved that a rolling cart with 2 chairs and umbrella was provided. Made everything easy having these items. Located close to free trolley that goes from lido to Sarasota. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer in room. Cute beach themed decor. Outside showers. Clean location. Very happy and we would return.

Nothing. It was perfect for us. Loved bikes and helped us get around quite bit, but they were a bit rickety. No brakes on one of them. Drive at your own risk. Loved having them though.

We loved this place. Everything was so close and the beach was right across the street. Gur was one of the owners and he was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We had a beach cart, umbrella, and two chairs for us to use (which is huge bonus). The room was incredibly comfortable and it was everything as pictured. We also got a homemade dessert and lemonade in our mini fridge upon arrival. Overall 10/10 experience. We will come back here again!

The only thing I noticed was the shower kept backing up water, presumably from hair stuck in the drain. Not a huge deal but that’s the only thing we noticed.

So many of the reviews mention Gur and his top notch hospitality. They are all true and all the other positive reviews are totally on point. Everything is meticulously clean and organized in the unit and everything has been thought of, from the beach chairs and umbrella for every unit to the towels to the kitchenette setup. The beds were extremely comfortable too and the AC kept everything so nice and cool. At age 53, I’ve been to so many hotels and resort properties and this place is at the top of the list. We have already booked our next trip in 4 months.

Perfect Location. The hotel is definitely more like a 4 star hotel, and not a 2 star motel. Had a Hampton's like vibe. Directly located across from the beach. Room was very large, and modern. Room had mini split AC, kitchenette well stocked with sink, garbage disposal, paper towels and dish soap. The bathroom was large, well stocked with linens, great shower pressure, and very clean. Shower also had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available. Sink was located outside the bathroom. Room came equipped with iron as well.

Only 2 recommendations would be to have a motion sensor light outside the room for safety when entering. Second would be the pillows were too soft. Though there were 4 pillows should be 2 firm ones for those who prefer a firmer pillow.

Super clean property! EXCELLENT location! Scooters for rent right outside to go to Armand's Circle or, you can easily walk. The free trolley also stops close and takes you there. Steps from the beach. Loved the beach wagons with chairs and umbrella for use. Adorable bathrooms that appear newly renovated. Just an easy place to stay. Great communication from Gru. Will definitely consider in the future.

No complaints. Seeing beds you may have been concerned that they were very hard but we all slept brilliantly each night so no concerns there.

You cannot beat the location. Less than 5 minutes from the beach and about 5 minutes by car to the St-Armands shopping/eating area.

The room is not big, but we were not there to spend a lot of time in the room. There is no counter space at all in the bathroom, so with two people, you have to leave all toiletries in your bag. Maybe a small shelf on the wall would help for toothbrush at least. I also would have like tissues, but that's just me.

Room is very clean with new linens, furniture and decor. I felt safe. Each room has a Wagon with chairs and umbrellas. Laundry. Coffee on the community deck was lovely. Location is fantastic. You’re 1/2 block from the public beach shelter which has a full liquor bar, various lunch options (including salads, wraps)and restrooms. 1/2 block to 2 restaurants inside Lido Beach Hotel that are open to the public. We walked down to the square for dinner and over to the beautiful beach at the state park for sunrise.

Great place. We hope to return.

Unbeatable location. Our studio was impeccably clean and well equipped with a comfy king bed, and spacious closet/bath changing area. Loved all of the outdoor amenities; including the outdoor shower and comfortable, peaceful seating areas. Walk across the street to beautiful Lido Beach. We enjoyed numerous meals at the upscale resort across the street and were within a half mile of many beautiful shops and trendy restaurants.

The length of my visit. Wished I could’ve stayed longer.

The place was surprisingly clean and well kept for a beach property. Even most chain hotels have sand\dirt all over, clogged drains and signs of moisture damage. None of that was present here. The free dessert and lemonade in the fridge was a cool extra touch. Every room is given their own wagon and gear for the beach including a sand umbrella, nice chairs, toys, snorkel mask and more. The in room TVs are a good size and come with all the built in streaming services ready to use with your account.

The king mattress in my room was much more firm than I prefer and the pillows were overly soft and floppy. My preference is the opposite a soft mattress and good firm pillow. That is subjective so I cant knock it too much. The location is good but not best in the area. The beach is just across the street and St. Armands circle is about a 10 minute walk.
