The staff was very friendly when we arrived the hotel is beautiful on the inside very well decorated the room suite was wonderful. Always enjoy having a sitting area and a sleeping area separate. That's always a plus. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I had contacted the facility by phone and my message to let them know that we would be coming a little early and ask if it was okay for us to check in about 2:00 and I never received a message back either by telephone or text through the app from the hotel. We were able to still check in early when we got there but it was a little disconcerting that no one responded when I had requested it initially 2 days prior to our arrival. On a second note the breakfast was just so bad. I know it is a complimentary breakfast but I've had so much better breakfasts at cheaper establishments.

The staff was really nice and they made the check in and check out process very easy and quick. The room had a fridge, microwave and all the other things you need.

My room could have been a bit cleaner (but I am a bit particular about that). There was one little tuff of tissue in the bathroom and when you pulled it out, there were no more tissues in the box. Stains in the carpet, and a couple spots on a bedside table that looked dirty/greasy.

the breakfast was very very good. I like the fact that the check out time was at twelve o'clock in stead of eleven o'clock. The employees was very very nice, they recommended some nice restaurants

i wish they would have had an indoor pool.They could have had more to choose from with the breakfast, they could have included bacon, grits, hash browns and more but otherwise, I don't see anything wrong with the hotel at all.

the only thing wrong was continuous running noise from the room above - could be a lack of insulation?

I could only enjoy one morning of breakfast and it was delicious. Was looking for bacon but the sausage patties were good.

Coffee maker in room was FILTHY!! The inside had not been descaled!! Just plain nasty!!

I like having a sofa with a separate TV I like the bathroom set up The bed was very comfortable

I didn't like disposable coffee cups, I prefer reusable, ceramic coffee mugs

Great value! Although not a newer hotel, it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Sink was slow to drain. Door handle would only open door when handle was pulled up. Would never open pulling handle down.

The bed was extremely comfortable the tub was spacious the suit was overall cozy the indoor pool was a plus breakfast wasn’t the greatest but overall very satisfied

The location being away from the interstate was very nice. It was nestled in a beautiful tree lined area that was very peaceful.

I don’t believe there was anything at all that we didn’t like.
