Location was excellent, clean, convenient to everything . Coffee and breakfast was good in the morning.

Dishwasher wasn’t working, need an ironing board and iron, need hooks in the bathroom, need two chairs instead of just one. We were a couple staying in the room. Should have the lounge area available in the evening. Maintenance workers always around making lots of noice

I never discovered if there was a restaurant and the staff in the lounge area were not very helpful or friendly

We were informed that their wasn't any breakfast due to work being done in hotel, the next morning when we called to find out what time breakfast started, we then learned there wasn't any breakfast, but was offered $30 voucher to neighboring restaurant. I then spoke to the manager who then gave us $150 credit, which we only used 3 time's, we went are out for breakfast, but we did receive credit on our bill for what l'm assuming was for the cost of breakfast plan that was part of the original amenities included.

Some not all of the house keeping, ladies due to language barriers we're not very pleasant, even when we used Google translate to ask for what was needed, house keeper blow us off, we then had to call front desk to ask for what we needed, it was taken care of.

We stayed in a studio with a balcony. It had all amenities, full kitchenette , everything you need for a comfy stay. Everything is spotless clean and new. Staff is amazing, ready to help with any question. Location is excellent. Right across the bridge to Palm Beach. We walked to Palm beach, did not even used a car. They also provide complementary breakfast in a lounge even though their website says they do not serve breakfast

Elevator broke one time and we had to wait to be rescued for around an hour. But the staff was very attentive and waived a car parking fee for us to compensate. The pool is great and clean but design is strange. Pool is short because half of the space is given to sun spaces with 1 foot of water. Would be much better if the whole length is used for swimming

The location is excellent, close to all major shopping, restaurants etc. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room we had was very clean, light, modern, spacious. Super comfy bed and pillows. All the needed amenities to be able to cook, make coffee, tea etc as well, which was needed as we were attending an event that went until the early morning hours during a whole week!

While there was a place to buy some breakfast goods, it would be nice to have access to a small cafe with good coffee and some simple breakfast items.

Quiet, great location, clean, new and fresh accommodations, pool area clean and appealing with lots of plants, lounge spacious, gym equipment great. Personnel: Dominique’s welcoming and professional demeanor set the tone for a great 5 day stay, Ray at The Blind Monk was an excellent server and Christian in the lounge was very helpful with light breakfast fare as we were leaving early in the morning . All personnel were friendly even just passing in the hallway.

Room needed a sign about conserving water, linens and do we want our towels washed daily?

Bradley at the front desk was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is great - off the island but close to the main strip of restaurants in west palm beach. Close to airport. An Uber ride to the beach. We loved the pool!

No late food at least right now (seems they are building still) - has a restaurant that only serves charcuterie boards and there is no room service. Nothing else nearby late - not even a convenience store. The hotel front door is locked late night. My friend arrived late - despite having her name on the listing the late night front desk staff just said “no pending reservations” and hung up/ would not let them in the building. Eventually resolved but a bizarre reaction to someone with bags waiting at the front door.

The building is spotlessly clean. On aarival I did not like the room allocated and they changed it without discussion to an excellent bedroom with separate living-room. Good towels, comfortable bed. Wi-Fi excellent. Ideal for business. I did not have a car but noticed direct access to a garage.

One day they forgot to clean room, however very apologetic and I understand this can happen. No breakfast room but one can collect mini-breakfast from the front lobby. One disadvantage is need to keep blinds drawn as overlooked,

Everything is quite new. Clean and fresh building and apartments/rooms. Location is great in the middle of Downtown. Supermarket is a 10 min. walk. Also the main restaurants and Clematis Street you can easy walk up there. The room is very comfortable with a kitchen, dishwasher, big fridge and even washing machine. Bed was nice and clean. Very good airconditioning which was very quite and not too much fan. Nice gym and also a pool. Also quiet building, not much noise, but it was a quiet period. Hope it will stay in this condition after some year of use. I will definitely come back again!

1st four days I had no hot water, so wasn't very comfortable with taking a shower. Turned out to be on several floors/apartments/rooms, so must have been something with the general hot water supply I guess. Last days was OK and on the day that I checked out water was really hot. So assume that it was fixed in the end. Bigger breakfast would have been nice, but not really required. I used the kitchen for that. 1 or 2 extra elevators would have been nice. The one installed is very fast though, but I think in high season you would have to wait allot I guess. Maybe would be nice to have some more dimmed light, and the blind is letting light through so you can't make it really dark if you would like to.

The location is so central to all restaurants, bars, shops and a short walk to the beach! We could walk everywhere. It is also close to the airport. We liked that it had a little kitchen you could cook for yourself in if you wanted to. The room was very clean and spacious. We also loved the pool!

There was no wardrobe in the room or any place to hang up your clothes. There was also no steamer in the room but the hotel provided an iron and ironing board when we requested one. There were no pool towels so we had to use the towels from our room.
