Almost perfect! This little hotel is a perfect option to enjoy the beach of West Palm Beach. A short walk to the ocean, its cozy and pleasant pool, its comfortable room and attentive front desk staff, it meets the expectations for a nice vacation. The only downside is the Breakfast.

The only downside is the Breakfast. Not because of the food, which was modest but fine for us, but the absolute incompetence of the staff who works in this area. The food always was running out, the lady working there elected not doing anything and just waited for the guests to ask for refills. This situation occurred every day. Just a very bad side of a very good place.

The location was fantastic. We were walking distance from outstanding restaurants, a casino and the ocean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice, and when we signed up for their rewards program we were upgraded to a suite. The bed was super comfy! We thought they served continental breakfast but it was a full on breakfast buffet, which was another unexpected surprise.

The temperature of the pool was a bit cold. In speaking with another guest, I learned we were charged almost twice the regular room rate going through booking.com so that was extremely disappointing..

The room was very comfortable. Liked the location. Easy walk to the beach. The staff was very accommodating. I am a retired flight attendant and have stayed in many hotels. This ,for the price, was exceptional.

The TV was too big for the room.☺️

The location was great…we enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores both on the beach and across the bridge.

Stayed four nights and would have liked to have received fresh towels and had our room cleaned at least once during the middle of our stay.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. We had to stay there due to a family emergency and Amalfi, at the front desk, made all the difference. She went above and beyond to help and aid with what we needed during our stay. Also it’s a short tree minute walk to an amazing beach spot. There’s also an amazing trail to walk, run, bike, roller blade-you name it. Thank you!

We were there for five days and breakfast could have been a bit more colorful and varied.

The hotel is located within 10 minute walk to the beach, close to small shopping area 3 min driving and anywhere you need explore in Palm beach. Full hot breakfast, clean spacious room with a mini fridge and a microwave. Everything was clean, staff was nice and polite.

Would be nice to have more of cucumber infused water in the lobby!

It was close to everything. It was a short walk to the beach and driving wasn’t an issue it was right across the street. It was a clean, friendly, beautiful place to stay. It was very family friendly. The staff loved my 3 year old grandson.

I don’t have a negative thing to say.

LG TV was great, allowing to play our recorded movies and also our personal Netflix. The TV was a real bonus. Pool and hot tub was great, properly warm

Air conditioning was loud, but kept the room temperature as we wanted

The view from our room of the bay was beautiful. The hotel was very safe and family oriented. You use a key to get into everything which I liked being a woman with two children on vacation. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was quiet and clean you can smell it as soon as you walk in. I’ll be staying here in the future.

It was really close to the beach, walking distance. Only a few minutes to downtown Lake Worth with so many restaurants and bars, everyone is friendly. Plus a lot of police presence so it felt safe and you could walk anywhere at night. Breakfast was good everyday.

It had a really small fridge so you couldn’t store anything.
