I canceled the day before, then my boyfriend rebooked the day of and the booking process was easy and still available. Didn’t take long to check in or anything, and the person who checked us in was very friendly. The walls are also thick where you don’t hear everyone.

There wasn’t a lot of parking, but that’s not the hotels fault. We just had to park a little further but we did get a spot! I didn’t like that there was no silverware, no cups or bowls, and we had to go in and out of our room to get it. 2 forks, 2bowls, 2 cups and 2 spoons atLEAST would’ve been okay. There also was a very strong smell of smoke and urine in the hallways. We were on the 3rd floor, so I don’t know if it was each floor, but it was pungent.

Quiet and very good price especially with kitchenette.

The elevator was not working and had to walk up 3 flights of steps. This would not have been a problem but had an injured leg. It was a challenge getting up those steps. The front counter person quickly told me no when asking for a closer room. She was cold and did not give the best customer service responses. I had to ask how to get to the steps. I would have given 10 stars but the front staff could be a lil more accommodating and informative.

As a hurricane refugee , 18 hours of driving and a bad experience at another hotel , I found this place they had a couple of rooms left . Nice facility , dated interior but spotless , loved the extra space full size fridge . Staff was welcoming , didn’t have a problem with my dogs , ample grass area . Hotel was sold out but it was so quiet . Great value for the money , would definitely come back . Shout out to Wanda who made me feel welcome , spent time talking to all of the guest. .

That I didn’t find this place sooner

Neat and clean, nice staff, very understanding and never rude. Low noise level. Decent free breakfast and coffee. Quick n easy check in/out.

There were technical issues, filters need to be cleaned out, more parking lot cameras (only cameras are near the doors) because it’s a huge lot in an area with multiple hotels/motels. Dryer and AC filters need changing. No matter which one I used half of my clothes came out covered in lint. Housekeeping schedule is confusing but you can pay $5 for it anytime and they’ll come.

Convenient location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Everything worked well in the room. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we visit the Battery.

Minor things that would not prevent us from staying again. Settled for a queen instead of a king because nothing was clean 30 minutes after check-in time. Hallways need to be vacuumed. Elevator broke down shortly after we arrived.

It was really close to many places to eat and right off the highway

Our 1st room was dirty, there was a towel in fridge and water on the floor. But the staff member was very kind and changed us to clean room in that moment.

It was safe and clean! Tricie was AMAZING. She made us feel welcome and safe from the moment we got there! Our room was clean, the facility was clean! It was great. Had a wonderful trip away!

Bobby is an amazing staff!! Give that man a raise ASAP cause he was the reason I came due to all the prior reviews about him and he certainly did not disappoint, he truly cares for your customers! Him and the other gentleman were phenomenal host.

The bed needs an upgrade.

I like you all facility very well, would appreciate house keeping to clean more often I have never heard of house keepers come in a facility every two weeks and need more accessible handicap parking this is greatly needed, other than that I would have rated you all a 10 ➕.

Bed comfortable, good shower

No coffee, nothing in room, not a plate, not a coffee pot. No point in being extended stay. No coffee in reception-should not advertise breakfast-very poor
