The staff ant this hotel are phenomenal! We were checked on by Ms. Robin and she was so welcoming and kind.

We stayed at this hotel both on our way to our destination and on our way home (two separate stays) on the first stay all was good. The bathtub could have been cleaned better but besides that good. The second time our room’s air conditioning was not working appropriately the temp said 61 but it definitely was not cooling to that temperature. I understand that members of the military were staying that night and even though I had pre booked this was the last room available so I would want the military members to get the best rooms. With that being said the air conditioner in room 219 definitely needs to be repaired.

The landscape was very nice. The pool and the beds were very good. The hot water was at a good temperature. The staff were very friendly.

The lighting in the bathroom is burned out. The shower curtains weren’t clean enough. The computer chair was peeling and whenever we walk, the pieces were on the floor and on the beds. The breakfast was okay but could use some more variety.

There was very little for breakfast, yet understandable since they had suffered a major power outage for several days due to hurricane Helene. We needed a place to stay to be available for our grandson’s baptism early the next morning. We were so thankful to get a room at the hotel closest to the church and our daughter’s home.

Good location

The breakfast was aweful. The worst breakfast I've had at a Bestwestern Hotel..we have always liked their breakfast but this location needs to shut down. That's was one of the reasons I chose Bestwestern but this time I was so disappointed 😞

Little pricey but walls a little thin the person beside me was soooo loud I could hear everything it was bad for awhile and the staff with the food service was rude to say the least . The rooms were very nice and clean would stay again anytime and suggest it to family and friends

Breakfast was one of the better "free" offerings that I have seen in Hotels. The selection and quality were very good. overall space was cleaned and well laid out. they kept it restocked

Late night (2am) check in. Very friendly staff. Clean.

We were hardly there long enough to check the facilities, but breakfast had been cleared away just before 10am, so we missed out.

Very clean, comfortable beds, staff very polite and helpful, quiet, lots of parking spaces.Awsome place to stay.Best Continental breakfast ever. Will definitely visit again.

Everything great

Such a great area with plenty of food options around. Only 10 minutes from Fort Gordon. Comfortable bed and the room was very nice.

My room never got cold which was a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast was above average with hot food options available. The room was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Staff was very friendly
