The location was nice, next to the bar my spouse and I like and directly across from a Walmart so if we ran out of personal necessities it was easy to fix. Location was nice and relative distance from family we came to see. And the amenities were also nice.

During the contenental breakfast, my spouse and daughter and I were fixing our places within the time of the breakfast and one of the staff members jumped in front of us to clear everything out as we were getting our breakfast and we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast that day. She was on her phone and gossiping g the entire time just completely oblivious to the guests it seemed very rude.

The $100 refundable extra charge at check-in was excessive. I worked in the hotel business and we never did this to our guests. I don't know what type of clientele they have at their properties to make this charge. It is not an example of good customer service, the notification of the charge was buried at the bottom of the confirmation in an area most guests do not read, and it certainly causes extra work for their staff. The sheets on our bed had three small blood stains. The sheet was clean but certainly should have been removed from Housekeeping circulation. The property was excellent for easy access to Northside Hospital. My husband was scheduled for a very early morning surgery. I would recommend the property for that. Overall it was clean, the room was good and the staff was very nice.

Tiara at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We had come the ATL Airport where we had been stuck for 36 hours to get a rental car. Our initial reservation at AVIS did not go through, so she tracked down a car for us at Enterprise. Super helpful!

Walls were a little thin.

Location was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

No complaints from me about my stay.

Overall it was pleasant. I had to upgrade because there was no elevator and I'm disabled. It would have been nice to know ahead of arrival.

I paid $30. Extra dollars in cash and had no receipt for the cash. And the card was charged also for the extra. They did however reverse the charge after I called and complained. The extra money was to get a 1st floor room, because there was not an elevator and I am disabled.

Actually surprised at how clean and comfortable. I don't know how new it is but it felt new, nicely sized room (king) for our dog beds too. Nice grassy area for the dogs to do their business. Great staff.

Appreciated the friendly service "with a smile" and the clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds and the thermostat, warm shower, then warm breakfast and coffee!

We traveled for a soccer tournament, and the hotel met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. We will consider the location for future events.
