I requested a quiet room and was given a great location! I slept 9 1/2 hours and I normally am lucky to sleep 7. The pillows to me were a little hard but I carried my own as usually!

I found a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower curtain rod but it was bunched up in the end of the shower curtain so it possibly was overlooked at cleaning. Toilet paper holder missing a screw coming out of wall opening. I think the Sheetrock has torn there.

The friendly staff, comfortable beds, bathroom products and breakfast selections.

There was a drip in the bathroom, which we mentioned as soon as we saw it, coming from the ceiling over the shower. It didn't affect our stay and was the only thing we didn't like.

The location, the room was clean and spacious. The desk clerk i think her name was Eboni( i can’t remember) but she checked me in, walked me to my room to make sure everything was to my liking. She was very professional helpful and a sweetheart.

The price. I was quoted one price at checkin but my card was charged a higher price.

Showers could've been nicer I thought. There appears to be a mold-like substance around the lower chalking of the shower.

Location is great, just about 15 minutes drive from Atlanta Airport. Many restaurants to chose from located close to the hotel. The rooms were clean. Good breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and the facilities were cleaned daily. The staff was exceptional. The front desk clerk worked hard to accommodate all guest.

I don't remember. I just know that my stay here rescued me from a horrible stay at a nearby Hilton Home 2 Suite -airport facility which was filthy, television busted and I made reservations to stay there and I couldn't - deplorable!

Better than expected! Room was a good size, the bed was pretty comfy (though a little bit squeaky), easy parking, and the gym was well-equipped. The pillows were better than expected given all the bad reviews I saw and the A/C was nice and cool. Plus the staff was nice. Only 15 mins to the airport.

The walls/doors are thin (heard the neighbor having loud conversations all night long) and the bathroom needs to be renovated (you an see some dark marks on the caulking in the shower). There are lots of options for breakfast, but the quality of it the breakfast was so-so and once they run out of something, they didn't restock it.

The location was great. There’s plenty of restaurants and gas stations near by. Very close to the highway as well. The hotel (lobby , elevator) was clean, the room was clean, the outside pool was clean, the breakfast provided in the morning was good.

The only issue I had was that there was a discrepancy between the amount that I had made the reservation for through Booking.com and what they were actually trying to charge me. The front desk receptionist over the weekend did not try to solve the problem even though a rep from Booking.com contacted her, I was just given the run around. Luckily Monday morning before I checked out a rep from Booking.com again tried contacting the from desk receptionist and spoke to I believe her name was Shawna, she was so helpful and was able to get the amount adjusted.

Staff was especially helpful and friendly

The hotel is showing its age. It's fine, but needs refurbishment.

Breakfast was excellent

Check in was slow; I understand the front desk person was learning a new system
