The breakfast was great. My only recommendation is around your smoking gazebo. They are putting in pine straw.. for safety reasons, I would recommend removing the pine straw and having that area rocked. You want to use larger stones at least half the size of a fist that way cigarette butts and trash can be blown out of the rocks with a backpack blower.

I loved the ease of check in, cleanliness, and it wasn’t a loud location. you would have thought you were the only ones staying there it was so quiet.

I booked my room because they had a jetted whirlpool tub. However our room’s tub wasn’t working properly. we were only there for a night for a nice getaway so we didn’t bother staff for another room or anything but it was a disappointment.

my wife and I got the whirlpool king room for our anniversary and the bed was by far the absolute best bed I’ve ever slept in! it was so comfy! The location was great too! there’s a racetrac gas station with cheap gas right across the street and a Walmart right next to it.

The whirlpool was visibly clean, but we ran water to see if the jets worked and it definitely could’ve used a deeper clean. easy fix though, we cleaned and sanitized it ourselves! half of the channels didn’t work either.

I really liked the room overall. The whirlpool tub looked and felt amazing. Also, the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact there was a microwave as well.

The only real issue I had was that the whirlpool jacuzzi jets did not work in the tub at all. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The room smelled fresh and it was clean. Liked the complementary water. Had microwave and fridge. Pool was inside and outside.

I was charged a deposit I guess if you damage something I did not know about until check out you get the money back but it will take 6 to 7 business days. The whirlpool by the pool area was out of order had to take away a point.

I loved Theresa at the front desk I loved Tiffany she helped me with things at the front desk I was not impressed with the aggravated man at the bar /battender The chef for breakfast was unbelievable accommodating and so professional

Good location. Was heading to Fright fest at Six Flags. Food spots and coffee shops very close.

The hotel was under venovations during my stay. It is always great to upgrade, but I wish I would have known this prior to booking.

the facility was nice the staff was respectful very clean and the common area was clean and I liked that they had a bar and hot food up till 8 pm and snacks though out the night

the breakfast was not complementary I’ve never stayed at a hotel where breakfast was not complementary especially for the money that we payed

I liked everything about the stay at the Hotel. The room was very clean and restroom as well was also very clean. Second time staying here at the hotel.

Nothing could have been better. Service was great. Location was great as well.

Chrystal the bartender and cook and waitress performed her duties remarkably. She needs help and a raise.

Doors were very hard to use. No stop on door to keep it open while loading and unloading luggage.
