The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and dishwasher. The location is convenient with restaurants and stores within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Decent fitness center with some weights and a couple cardio machines.

I enjoyed my stay but some minor items that can be improved are the pool being closed for the season. I stayed in October when it was still in the upper 80s during the day. Also the conditioner, shampoo, etc. In the bathroom should be filled prior to check in. Overall was a nice hotel.

Pretty much loved everything. The suite turned out better than I imagined from the pictures. 2 adults + 4 kids, the hideaway bed in the sofa was a pleasant surprise for additional sleep space. I say surprise because i don't think it was mentioned in the listing. Everything seemed clean. Most of the breakfast items were really nice. Enjoyed the variety of most things as an adult. Overall, at least 2 of the 4 kids mentioned how nice their father did picking out this hotel.

Very picky, but with kids I have to mention. A simple waffle mix for the breakfast would have been better. Both mornings we were there, mix was a malt vanilla flavor. Kids didn't enjoy it. I think a less is more approach would've been better.

My husband and I always stay here when visiting ATL. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the facilities are always clean and the location is great!! We always Lyft to the downtown area events! Highly recommend ❤️

Its Further down off the main Road away from stores n restaurants.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was great.

The room that were booked into had an odor. As far as for the breakfast selection could’ve a protein as a choice. You also can remove the sandwich because it was of poor quality as to the display of the eggs

The cleanliness, and the safe feeling atmosphere and environment. I loved the room it was very nice.

I don’t like that check in is so late. A lot of my trips require overnight travel (driving) and I need to be able to check in, during the early morning hours once I’ve driven 13 hours instead I have to wait until 4 to check in.

We enjoyed the free breakfast and some of the breakfast selections. The full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and sink was a huge plus as well as the pool being open until 10pm

We were looking for a meat selection for breakfast such as bacon or sausage but didn't see anything. It would've been great if they offered double one bedrooms with a pullout sofa in the living/ dining area instead of having a pull curtain dividing the area. We also wished the pool opened at 8 instead of 10 that way we could've went down for a swim before check out at 11.

I liked how spacious the rooms were, especially the double bed suites.

I didn’t like the fact that I had bed bugs in my bed, room 517 during the week of 4/14-4/16, that physically bit me, and just because they switched my room, to them I was accommodated. I was told by the housekeeping manager that I would be recompensed for my first night stay. Then when I went to checkout to see what was accommodated for me, and I was told that I had fleas or tics in my room not bed bugs. I have a clear video of what was on me, I have bite marks, and pictures. All this to say, they switched my room and gave me $20 off. I could have been accommodated better. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, especially with kids!

Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast.

Booking.com doesn't surface that you are forced to pay a non-refundable $75 for a pet at check-in. I would have chosen another location had I any known this ahead of time.

it was close to where we was going and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and big enough for us 6 family.

I didn’t like that our room was not service and there was not enough wash cloths. I had to throw out my on trash. I think you should have a heated pool, the pool water was freezing cold
