I enjoyed the entire experience - the location was perfect (with plenty of food options around and safety/plenty of lighting was great!), the facility was clean (except for sticky spots around the elevator, the staff were all extremely friendly, our room was clean and comfortable.
Dirty/sticky spots in front of the elevator - I could have reported them but didn't, so that's on me.

Everything was very clean. Beds super comfortable!
We were there overnight Friday, so Saturday's breakfast didn't start until 7:30, and we had to be on the road by 7, so we didn't get to have the breakfast. :/

We were checked into another hotel the night before and it was so bad, we couldn't stay. We read your reviews and decided to give you a chance. We were in town for a funeral and needed a nice environment to hang out with family. Thanks so much!

Variety of breakfast items. Didn’t expect turkey sausage as one of the option. Everything was good to eat. Times available for breakfast didn’t have to rush to eat 😉

We stayed for our anniversary weekend. Everything was great from the staff, room,and breakfast! It was a short walk to a Mexican restaurant which was nice because we didn’t need to drive.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Plenty of food options, coffee houses and a Walmart. The room and facilities were clean and in good condition.
The bed itself was horrendous. Mattress felt lumpy, old and outdated.

Your staff were exceptional. Friendly is an understatement. Couldn’t have got any better service.
Only thing we found was the body soap was almost out and we didn’t have much. But forgot to tell them at the front desk upon checkout.

It was clean Staff was nice
Had to pay for an executive suite and that was fine except we had to call for linens for pull out couch and they said they would be right up but didn't We had to go get them. Barley any closet space. Breakfast was gravy and eggs No spoons for cereal A young lady was running it and she was not concerned with keeping things stocked just wiped down. Again it was clean but we paid $290 and expected breakfast We had to go buy something to eat

We always stay at this location when traveling from Ohio to Florida. We pay a little more, but we get what we pay for. This location never disappoints.
Not as much care was taken this time with cleanliness, and attention to detail, to the room, which was surprising.
