All of the staff were very professional and polite. The room was very clean.

I didn’t like the loud radio playing through the hotel speaker in the pool area. The echo was extremely loud. I asked one of the staff if it could be turned down. She tried but it didn’t make much of a difference beings that the sound is connected through the entire hotel.

Didn’t eat much breakfast but the bagel with cream cheese was great. Coffee delicious. Ialwsys like when i see the big kettle of cooked oatmeal so i did miss that. Other than that we had a good morning.

The bathroom door the way it opened in close to the toilet a little odd.

Didn't know they had a indoor pool that was good to know

They charge a 100 deposit and we wasn't know about it throw booking it was extra money that we had to spend.Just if it was known about throw booking tall im saying but other than that it was a great stay.

Easy to access and very clean. The breakfast was suprisingly good compared to other hotels provided breakfast

Indoor pool water was cold. Even compared to the 40 something Fahrenheit temperature outside

Kiana at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. Kudos to her. My son misplaced my car key and she went above and beyond to help me find it, along with other staff members that were concerned.

I had difficulty making and adjusting my reservation. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and straightened out difficulties I had with on line reservation.

Could not easily adjust reservation on line. Was told I could not.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, free local newspaper, very good "covid-era" breakfast that included bacon, biscuits, refrigerated packages egg burritos, sausage & biscuit sandwiches, egg & english muffin sandwiches, cereal, pastries, yogurt, and more. Across street from tourist attraction: Andalusia (Flannery O'Conner's home/farm).

No fresh fruit at breakfast; water in water fountains near breakfast was warm, almost hot, water, not cool water.

The breakfast was limited due to Covid restrictions. There was coffee available 24 hours a day, but the regular was always out with on decaf available. The location was perfect-next door to my work location and near restaurants and shopping.

The wi-fi only worked the first night of my stay. The front desk was aware of the problem but was unable to determine what was wrong. There was no maid service during my stay dur to Covid restrictions.

The location of the hotel was great. We were close to a lot restaurants and fast food places. The size of the room was great and spacious. There wasn’t much traffic coming through the hotel, which I liked.

The only thing I didn’t like was the staff. They weren’t answering the phone when I needed to ask a question, and no one was attending the front desk during check out.

Wish you let it have long hours, when I come down to see family, I like to sleep late so there for I eat a little late. But oval all we had a good stay.
