I liked the rooms. Very spacious for the amount of people we had. Very Very clean and organized. Beds were very clean and fresh bed sheets. Plenty of towels and accessories were provided. Made us feel right at home.

We did not like the fact that once we paid the room amount and the $50 deposit which is refundable. We had to additional turn around and pay a $20 pet fee, which we should have not had to pay because we have a certificate for emotional support animal. And they told us we only accept service animals which pretty much is the same thing. We didn't argue about it because we were so tired and ready to relax. But Best Western needs to take that criteria into consideration and change that. It's a rip off.

Very clean room. Great place right off 75 to sleep for the night on the way from Michigan to Florida. Good hotel breakfast. On a side note our teen daughter accidentally left her wallet in the room—very honest and helpful staff who kept it for us in the safe and we picked it back up on our way home from spring break. Very appreciated!

The property was in a nice location, we felt safe, it was close to where we needed to go, overall very nice property. The front desk customer service was great, they were nice and assisted with whatever need I had. The breakfast was great as well! The lady attending the breakfast area was polite and kept everything nice. The food was warm, pancakes were great, plenty of beverage choices, and fresh fruit. Overall a great stay!

Need improvement with cleaning the bathroom washcloth wasn't to nice to use brought my own sitting chair in the room was dirty place not bad to stay I will stay again

Good breakfast selections and well stocked. Bed was comfy and room had enough space to move around in it.

We traveled with a dog and if our room could have been in a less busy spot it would have been better. ( his first trip and he was listening as people went past).

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

My 2nd day I wanted to spend the day at the pool. It opened late because they was cleaning it and when I went the water was so green from them putting shock in it that o couldn't even get in.

Everything nice people was great the desk person was great polite quit the staff was great. One thing the wifi was going in and out.

Actually clean rooms at this hotel! Nice small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Ac/ heat was a little touchy. But every thing worked as it should. Liked that you could have your pet there for only $10 a night.

Bed was too hard! Sketchy people coming and going doing....deals..felt unsafe there! People next door lived there and even had their own door mat. The room should be nicer for paying $131.00 a night! Should be a $70-$80 a night room! Don't know if we would stay here again. Disappointed for a Days Inn.

The outside and parking lot at 9:30pm looked a little sketchy. There were food delivery bags sitting outside hotel room doors and the tub drain ran really slow. I was standing in water up to my ankles.
