The staff were accommodating. The breakfast choices were pretty good. Food was hot.

The first room entered had an odor that was unbearable. However, the concierge reassigned us to a different room immediately.

The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything. I travel the entire East Coast and this is my favorite hotel when working. The staff and management need to be recognized for the great work they do.

The breakfast was really good, plenty options to choose. The room was clean and comfy beds. Nice game room for the kids to play. beautiful hotel. if we ever going back to that place, we will get the same hotel.

We did not use the inside pool, it has a strong smell of pool chemicals. Do not know if is because is inside, we did not get in. we used the laundry and the clothing stay wet, I'm guessing trying a few times to see if it get dry. we did not have the time so we just leave

The reservation host was pleasant. It was pet friendly, Check-in was easy, and I felt secure. They gave you a pass for your vehicle to know that you were staying at the hotel. You could only get in with your card through the gate, and overall the place was very very clean.

I have no complaints

I liked the safety features, felt like a new hotel everything was clean. The breakfast was good and the front desk never complained if we needed anything.

I didn’t know you had to request housekeeping services, the room was pretty small and you could get into the bathroom and the closet at the same time bc of the sliding door.

Receptionist was cheerful and helpful and understood the drama of your vehicle entrance with the DOT accident waiting to routing and control of interstate traffic.

I will not book again as the traffic pattern is deadly to enter the property. And will not recommend to fellow vehicle travelers.

I liked how everything was in doors and there was a key card needed to return back into the facility.

The heat was broken. The oven was broken as well so no cinnamon rolls or biscuits.

The hotel was Beautiful

The elevator stop working and had to walk around to the opposite hall away from my room are took the stairs, the washing wasn't working and a water pipe burst had to wait and let the water run wait before l could Shower

I loved how big my room was. I had a king with a sleeper sofa I believe. It was more room than i needed but it spoiled me. I really enjoyed having a microwave and mini fridge. The icing on the cake was the secured parking.

The other guests. I happened to be staying in the same hotel as a wedding party. They were extremely loud and very inconsiderate. They made check-in a hassle. But the gentleman behind the counter was cool and collected and was very polite and had great customer service.

Staff were pleasant and friendly, brake fast was served on time, and the hotel was very clean.

because it’s located next to the highway the noise from the traffic was unbearable, the window needed to be double glazed to reduce the noise.
