Super planned and accoutered room - very efficient and functional!

Great effort at an excellent - and changing daily under present promotion - for folks on a standard American diet. However, for guests who are totally "plant-based," I would recommend at least that there be dairy-free milk (Soy and/or Oat preferably), even one plant-based entree, e.g. Kashi vegan waffles (although best in an oven they can also be toasted satisfactorily). Although a small matter, I missed the usual English muffin among the bakery offerings.

Property was brand new , or at least felt that way. From the lobby, to the room , to the outdoor areas , to the pool --everything had a clean, fresh and modern feel to it. The room was clean and spacious with a very nice kitchen and seating area. The pool was nice sized and the water was warm. The area itself was so clean and fresh (cannot stress this enough). Staff was friendly and helpful -- especially Rolanda at check-in , who checked us in a few hours early with no issues -- which we so appreciated. Breakfast was a cut above what you get at properties of this type. If you are in the Roswell Area don't think twice -- stay at this property and you will not be disappointed.

The Air conditioning didn't have a constant fan mode which impacted my sleep a bit -- but that was a very minor issue. Overall again -- awesome experience.

This is in a great location with many drivable and possibly even walkable food options nearby. The hotel itself is fairly new- not sure how long it has been there, but it is still very fresh and is being properly maintained. Well lit parking lot & nice indoor pool facility. Exterior in general in very inviting. The room was very clean and smelled good when we arrived. I was genuinely shocked by the overall size of the room. The kitchenette was great with dishwasher, cleaning supplies, basic kitchen items like utensils, glassware, plates, and bowls as well as a toaster, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The fridge/freezer was full sized. The bathroom was clean and comfortable with a good shower. I travel a lot and am always a fan of the 'zero' branded soaps/shampoos. They smell nice and the packaging is great. I also like that the bathroom had makeup wipes available. There was a full sized rolling desk and chair where my sister worked remotely on her laptop one of the days we were there and was very convenient for her. The king sized bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of outlets next to the beds for phone/tablet charging. The large table/cubby storage area was super convenient and allowed us to keep things well organized. We also were able to hang up our clothing. The bed area had a curtain you could pull out for privacy and comfort. The couch was a pull out couch which we did not use, but if you were a family of 3/4 or even a smallfriend group going to an event, this would make for an easy to share space with the extra bed option. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was pretty good. I like that the lobby always had coffee, hot chocolate, and tea available throughout the day/night. I was able to grab coffee on my way out the door a few times, which was great. The gym was at the very front of the hotel in the lobby, and was decent. Used the treadmill while I was there. Overall, great!

The property and my room was very clean. I had everything I needed, and the staff was always nice and accommodating if I had a question. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower smell SO GOOD. The 24/7 unlimited coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar was a nice touch too. It was great when I came back late at night (in 30° weather) and was able to get some hot cocoa before bed. The breakfast bar the the following morning was really good too. They have everything, including breakfast sandwiches, cereal, freshly made waffles, apples, yogurt, gluten free bagels, and several beverage options. It's one of the better ones I've encountered while traveling.

It's great that they have Wi-Fi, and each person gets their own login. However, I would've liked to have seen that it's a secure network. Since I was only staying one night, I switched the Wi-Fi off and used my phone's data. Had I brought my laptop, I would've used my phone's mobile hotspot.

The room was very comfortable. So many flat surfaces to put my things on, which was really nice. The kitchenette was better/more than I was expecting. This would be the perfect place to stay for an extended period of time. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, not too big but just the right size for 1 person. And I loved the 24/7 amenities available, specifically that in addition to coffee and tea being available in the lobby, hot cocoa was also available. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that in a hotel before. And it was perfect coming back at 11pm on a night in the 30s and being able to make a cup of cocoa before bed.

The breakfast was adequate, but not the best/most variety I’ve ever seen. The room itself was quiet but I could hear and feel vibrations when doors were closed in the hall.

The location was great and my room was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was AMAZING, and everything was very quiet and pleasant! Parking was great!

One of the staff members gave me a hard time at the desk, and when I checked in, I was informed about the $25/night incidental charge. I was not told about this when I booked, so it caught me by surprise. I do not like unexpected charges!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was every morning and it was good quality food compared to other hotel breakfasts. The hotel was pet friendly and our dog had a great, comfortable stay as well. We felt safe during our stay too. The location is safe and convenient.

I loved how clean the air was when I first entered the hotel. I throughly checked the beds and linens down to the mattresses for stains, none whatsoever 🥳🥳🥳. I asked for an extra bed for the two little ones, so we had two queen beds, a pull out sofa and the extra bed. The five of us were very comfortable. All females 🤗🥰. My granddaughters and myself. Room service was top notch,manager was exceptional. The indoor pool was very helpful for keeping the little ones busy. Gym was very clean and up-to-date. There's also a laundry room available, very inexpensive 🙂. They have gas grills, and a fire pit Lounge area, very nice and cozy. My granddaughters were in love with the buckwheat waffles 🤗🥰. Of course there were other items, that's what they were hooked on with strawberry and nutella toppings. There's also a doggie area outside 🤗🙂. Again many thanks to the hotel staff at Home2suites in Roswell Georgia. You really made us feel at home when we had to leave our home in Florida because of Ian🤗🥰🤗🥰💜💜.

Only thing I didn't like was that we didn't have a remote that was actually built for the television, so we had to constantly contact the front desk for the only tv remote that could change the device input to connect the children's Playstation and firestick to their television I'm sure they will make the necessary changes to the TV remotes🙂.

Hot shower, pretty room, nice breakfast, clean hotel

Front desk lady at check in was Rude, and sarcastic and was in no hurry to help me with my reservation, she even told me my confirmation number I had was wrong and she did not see me in their system, and to go call the place I had booked through and the whole time I was in fact in her system with a reservation.

When I say a great area and I was iffy due to it saying dogs. The place was soo clean and updated. The pictures look just like the place. Updated and they stay cleaning. I didn't smell dogs and The dogs were quiet. They were not aggressive dogs and they were very friendly to me and my kids. The food was great! Didn't have to pay to park. What made it stand out is the customer service. 120% great 😃. Thank you to the staff. Maintenance and Cleaners as well 😊. The food was good. I was not over charged. Perfect Stay. Home away from Home. No Jacuzzi, the pool clean and great. They even had BBQ Grill the big ones. I will be back. We slept well. Thank you Everyone at Home 2 Suites by Hilton.
