I liked the room but did not like that the room was connected to another room, the guest next door sound traveled under the door as if they were in my room on a one night stay out of three

I loved that it seemed cozy and old school they just might need to update the breakfast it’s only waffle and toast, for the money I spent I felt it could have been better like apples oranges and maybe better cereal options

The staff seemed helpful and courteous. The lights next to the beds wasn't working and they came right away to check out the problem. Fixed it immediately. Lots of outlets to charge up phones and laptops. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bench under the windows. Shower had great pressure. Beds were comfy. They offered breakfast, but we never used it as we got up after it finished. So, I can't really rate it. The price was great. The hotel convenient to stores and eateries as well as the interstate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool was locked. They took away our ability to open our door before 10am the day we checked out. Check out wasn't until 11am. We were trying to remove our stuff from the room, but, someone had to stay in the room to let someone back in until we finished.

Everything was fine Love plans around hotel and smells.clean. receptionist from Ohio Hamilton was very nice and we also were from Ohio so Glad we did meet someone in Florida from Ohio. Also other person at hotel saw we were at the pool and sent us towels even if we didn't ask for them so it was very nice customer service. We did not get a receipt bcz used a third party so hopefully everything will be fine. Spacious room. Good for the price . We walked.to.mc Donald's for breakfast as they don't offer it.. .

We were room 120 but room next to us room 218 was a very noisy client of them. He woke up around 5 am and put high TV noise from 5 am to 8 am. He yelled to himself several times. It is. Ot hotel issue but did affected our sleep..

Everything. New modern amenities., i.e. smart tv and more. The room looked just like the picture. The hotel staff had the best attitude. Kudos for showing positive and excellent example of teamwork to satisfy there customers.I haven’t witnessed this type of customer service a long time. More for your money. Staff very friendly, hotel above average clean. Would definitely stay again. No need to ask for towels , the staff brought new towels and complementary soap and self care items daily,,great smell no old stale carpet odor. The hotel has a great preventive maintenance program. Gym Additional place for leisure/bar. More parking Maybe awning or something over the pool. Just personal opinion. Not a tanner 😊

I loved that it was super clean, everywhere smelled of disinfectant, I loved that there were big trash bins on the floors for guest as opposed to throwing trash in the corners, I loved that it was quiet & peaceful & the staff were kind & friendly. I also loved that breakfast was long enough for everyone to come down & eat.

11am check out time, I wanted to stay longer. The parking lot needs to be bigger. The shower pressure could be a little stronger.

Checking in and out was easy. Our room was modern and clean. No carpets, which was important to me because of my asthma. It had luxury vinyl plank flooring. I loved the white linens and towels.

However, the breakfast was lacking. They had good Folger's coffee, waffles, toast and cereals; but no real hot breakfast - no scrambled eggs & sausage to go with the waffles. I had to run to the nearby Chik FilA to get a real breakfast meal. Breakfast should be better.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the view that we had out our window. I really liked the little bench by the window to sit on. I used it every night.

The last afternoon that my husband and I were there, we had trouble with our RV and it took me calling the front desk twice to get them to come fix the tv, but he did come and finally got it fixed so that we had to the rest of our stay.

The room was clean and spacious. A chair or small sofa would be appreciated in the large blank area of the room so that we did not have to sit on the bed. We did not eat breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

The toilet seat rocked (needed reseating on the floor). The noise level from the above floor until after 2:00 am was annoying but not the fault of the hotel.

The staff is very helpful, polite, and friendly. They make sure that the building is pristine and welcoming. The bathroom in my room was very nice and clean, with an amazing shower head. The water was soft and delicate on the skin. Most importantly, the bed sheets and duvet were crisp, soft, and comfortable. Sunday, I slept the whole day. My room was very cute and clean. Enough space for me to work and relax . The wall desk and chair are very nice. I had a very pleasant stay.
