The hotel was extremely clean and I had no issues with my room!

The indoor pool was extremely small therefore I was unable to relax and enjoy a swim before bed. It was full of children screaming and splashing, which would not have been an issue had it not been so tiny! Maybe a hot tub would have been an alternative solution to the problem, however they did not have one. There was No complimentary breakfast included. For the price of the hotel compared to the many others at the same exit, I was very disappointed that I was expected to pay extra!

new, spacious, contemporary space. the rooms are decent and we could bring our dog [a big deal for us]. the front desk service was shockingly good. the coffee machine in the lobby cost $2 but made great coffee when we wanted it. limited food choice but what was there was good.

the mattresses are really thin and uncomfortable. the pet fee of $75 was exorbitant. there wasn’t a fan in our bathroom which makes it harder for more than one person to use the room.

Location. Walking distance to popular restaurants. The Hilton bar was nice and served up some yummy drinks.

The “made to order” breakfast. Clearly the breakfast was already cooked and was waiting to be served up. Waffle House is made to order!! Comes to the table hot off the grill what we got was slightly warm plate with ingredients pushed together to look like a “made to order omelet”. Not good

All staff were pleasant, friendly, and clearly customer-oriented. Breakfast was good, rooms were very clean, and the property was very nice. Jospeh was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Very expensive for a 6-hour stay! Also, had it not been for Joseph going out of his way to help with my room, this would be a scathing review! My initial room (332) was FREEZING!!! It was set at 65 and blowing on high. I tried to get the heat on (even set it to 90), but it never worked. I turned the system off completely and it still kept blowing cold air! Joseph attempted to adjust it on his end as well, but that didn't work either. The room across the hall was available, so he moved me to that one and reduced my rate a bit. I was only there for 6 hours and spent a good hour+ dealing with the issue.

We had dinner and breakfast at the motel. Staff was and prices and food were good.

The coffee machine instructions did not work. We ended up making cold coffee and putting it into the microwave knowing that wasn't how it is to be done. We even have a Kreig machine at home.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Definitely a cut above the typical roadside hotels. Far enough away from the busy street to be quiet. We did not try the restaurant. Definitely recommended. Do it!

No complaints but the price was a little steep.

I went out the back door of the building to gain easier access to a restaurant. Because I use an electric wheelchair to be mobile, there was no handicap access to get down off the ledge. so I went back into the building and had to go all the way around to access the restaurant that I wanted to eat at. Something should be done to accommodate handicapped individuals.

Clean. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Kitchen offered good food.

The addition cost of breakfast. Other hotels provide a complimentary breakfast. Menu has high cost rates for the food.

Everything was great,starting with the front desk,she was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was very good and the waitress and waiter was very fast. This has been a great experience with no [problems at all. Outside was very pleasing,just to be able to sit and talk was wonderful.

I have no compliants.

It was very convenient to the highway and clean. Staff were friendly.

It was in a bit of a typical strip mall setting off the highway. Not much to be done about that since it’s so convenient. But it certainly lacks charm.
