I really liked the staff, they were helpful and smiling. The hotel has been renovated and looks like new, there is a good restaurant downstairs. great location, about 10 minutes walk to the beach and a minute to all the shops and restaurants you might need

having paid for a room with a balcony we got something different from what was in the photo, the balcony was behind a closed door in the toilet, why depict a different room in the photo where there is a balcony in the room, for this I reduce the rating for the stay. The room was never cleaned for 5 days (but we were warned about this at the reception when checking in) and they did not bring new towels although we asked for it on the very first day. Oh, and parking is $50, they could have made a more reasonable price for guests

Super close to everything, big spacious rooms, hotel staff were super accommodating/friendly/helpful, valet parking was phenomenal

The only comment I have is how the shower doors are set up in the bathroom. I dont know who was in charge of designing a half glass shower door because every time we would shower, water would inevitably fall to the outer floor. This would make the ground wet where the toilet was and we would have to waste towels trying to soak up all the excess shower water. Poor design choice.

The stuff was super friendly, the rooms were big and clean, the hotel itself is very close to the beach, markets, and city center. It also has a pool with a bar for adults only. Very fun. Recommended

Excellent location, with an easy access by bus to HNL airport and other Honolulu landmarks. Waikiki beach is just a few minutes' walk away. There are also many bars and stores around.

No utensils in the room, such as a spoon, a fork or a bottle opener. It's also the first time in my life that a hotel charged me extra for wi-fi.

From the moment we got there we had the best experience. We arrived around 8am and our room was already ready for us which was amazing after a long haul flight. Any request made was responded to with a smile. The upgrade to facilities, the rooms and beds was great. We loved the Hallmark channel - watched christmas movies.

The pool temperature was very cold but that is so minimal, it was great that it was there as I travelled with my mum who needed to do her hydrotherapy exercises. A step to help her in would have been great but it was really no issue.

Great Honolulu location, in the middle of Waikiki, close to the shops and beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perhaps is a lack of staff with housekeeping, hence attention to detail is overlooked, booked for a day early to ready the room for early check-in (mentioned in the preferred check-in time) for 3 persons but the room only had 2 sets of toiletries, and the concierge/frontdesk mentioned we were a “no-show”, was amended though so is a small issue. When housekeeping did show, room was satisfactorily cleaned. No laundry room. Due to clubs/disco around the vicinity there may be some noise pollution, if you want to sleep early, try to request for the higher floor rooms.

Great location and excellent service from Gerard on reception. Fab restaurant offering small plates of fusion Japanese food - best sushi ever! Parking available - chargeable Nice bar area and back yard space with plunge pool.

Though a nice back yard area, all the high rise buildings prevented the sun from getting to it. There are lovely day beds - chargeable - which seemed a bit mad as no-one was using them and therefore not using the outside bar. The whole outdoor space was under used while we were there . The Queen room is very small - and we had a lot of luggage - perhaps the bedside tables could be replaced with cabinets to increase the storage area.

The location makes this place an outlier. Every type of restaurant, shops, cafes and the beach are in the vicinity of the property. It’s also very recent as it only opened in June 2024. The staff, especially the Asian lady (I’m sorry that I couldn’t remember her name) were really kind, attentive and made everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible, and always with a big smile on her face, and I’d like to thank them for that.

The housekeeping could be improved, especially for the price. The cleaning lady only came once every two days and even then, it was basic. The bed was made but the towels weren’t changed and the used cup wasn’t removed nor was the coffee replenished. I also spotted a few discreet stains on the sheets and the sink countertop had sticky stains I assume came from the previous guests, though nothing dramatic or to worry about, and I want to underline that point.

The hotel was cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfy and with the destination being centrally located, it was very convenient. The staff was amazing and accommodating. We enjoyed the access to the water refill station.

Pool bar hours were very limited which was unfortunate and the selections of the included breakfast were slim. The hotel restaurant was not our favorite. The items need to be listed a la carte and inform you that there is nothing else included. Finally, the valets are nice but I wasn't prepared to wait 15 minutes for our car to be retrieved. One night our vehicle sat in front of the hotel until God only knows what time and when we awoke in the morning it was gone. That's a little sus for me.

Hotel was recently renovated, the lobby and room had nice look and feel. The hotel staff and valets were super nice and friendly. The hotel provided complementary, refillable water bottles and the filtered water dispenser had an option for sparkling water. There was easy access in and out of the hotel by car. The location was great; across the street from the back side of the Inrternational Market Place with easy access to the main strip by walking through the international market place.

The parking was pricy at $51+ tax per day.
