The breakfast food was good. The location was nice, but overall cost was a little pricey.

There was not enough chairs at the adult pool. There was plenty of space for chairs, but none to be found. Also, it would have been nice to have some floats to relax on in the pool.

Beautiful location Lots of options (chlorine pool with sand, ocean water with sand lagoon, chlorine pool with slides). There is a lot to do.

There was a lack of pool towels. The public restrooms were frequently dirty and out of toilet paper. Some staff seems frustrated, overwhelmed and short tempered and others were great! The train that takes you around the resort did not run very often and a lot of customers were angry and frustrated having to walk after waiting too long for the train. The boats in the lagoon are shut down and not operating, so that was also disappointing. Also the good slide on the ocean resort side was closed.

The breakfast was okay. Some of the options were a bit dried out and I don’t think the scrambled eggs were real.

The reception person at Ocean Towers wasn't very friendly in general and when I asked about the parking fee he said I had to talk to the main Hilton reception about waving the parking fee. When I asked the main Hilton reception they apologized several times that Ocean Towers person had sent me to them because Ocean Towers is responsible for the parking fees. The main reception Hilton person said she would call them. I think she did because the parking fee wasn’t on our final bill.

This is our second time here. Excellent staff and location. It's perfect for the whole family. Access to the dolphins is excellent. In the lagoon, you see turtles and marine life. At night, on a clear day, you see the stars and can see the constellations with the naked eye. There is a shopping center nearby and a sandy beach as well.

The hotel needs remodeling in areas such as the main breakfast/buffet by the lagoon; I noticed some rooms were remodeled. Unfortunately, ours was not and felt dated. But looks like they are working on that.

Wow!! It honestly was so hard to leave this hotel and explore the island as this hotel literally has everything you could possible need. The rooms are big and spacious, there’s heaps of dining options and activities to do and there’s multiple different pools to suit everyone’s needs. The highlight of this hotel though is the natural lagoon. It’s not everyday you can just jump in a pool and swim with wild turtles! Absolutely incredible! I can’t wait to come back in the future.

Hate the dolphin inclosure. It’s the only thing I hate about this resort. They don’t have enough room and it’s beyond cruel. So hard to look at when passing it.

Nice property, I wish you can get a pool pass at the main hotel lobby without going on the train to check in. Also, super expensive food. We paid 136$ for one 16 inch pizza and one pasta that was delivered to our room. Cool place for kids and adults. They have dolphins( captive) and turtles on the beach and water....Many whales could be seen at sunset very close to the property....

The grounds are beautiful. The location is ideal for better weather. People were friendly and overall just a really pleasant place to stay!

You need to open up the former buffet-breakfast place off of the lagoon. You could easily do an all day affair there and people would love it. Heard that many times over. Why send them to the Marriott for better breakfast choices? Unless that isn't your competition. But really, besides a few towel machine malfunctions.... Just a beautiful place and reasonable rates. Parking fees should be capped at where you are at though.

Everything closed very early at night, we really had to run several times to get to restaurants on time, the hotel is great however the family vibe to enjoy with children (we traveled as a couple with some friends without children) everything is very calm and quiet. There were few options near the hotel, a car is required to get around

the property was gorgeous, the tram and boat were very fun. highly recommend the boat at night for the ambience. the pools were really cool and the slides were fun.

it would be better if you ran the tram or boats for longer hours rather than both on limited hours. I know that staffing is short but not having a Buffett breakfast was disappointing. some of the resort fees don’t really cover things you would use. I would have preferred a cheaper shuttle to the queens or kings rather than free PlayStation 3 games and movie rentals.
