We were given a suite with fully equipped kitchen and bedroom. Not sure if this was a free upgrade but we were nicely surprised given the modest rating on booking.com and some bad feedbacks. Very clean and quiet place. Excellent location with respect to beach, dining and shopping places and attractions. Free, private parking. The price was not cheap but reasonable compared to other places in the area.

No breakfast facility in the hotel, I like to have breakfast before leaving the hotel in the morning for either business or vacation rather than starting the day in a nearby restaurant. The kitchen was well equipped and could have coffee in the room at least,

- Nice room sets, great sea and beach view, nice swimming pool and bbq area! - Parking slots were really nice and connivance for the travellers who with the car LOL - Great location, walking 3 mins for local poke and gift shop; driving 5 mins for Foodland market as well as the restaurants area. Super convenient ❤

- Room signs may need more improvement, we were living in 303A, it took us quite a long time to find out the room with correct floor and lift.. - If there was a Kettle for boiling the water that will be quite helpful for most Asian travellers, they need to drink hot water in cold and rainy weather. The coffee maker is a bit old and not so useful for boiling the water.

location, especially after we changed rooms to the garden side ( not parking lot side ) could see a partial ocean view better from there.

we were switched to a premium partial ocean view room , but room was never updated like the first one we had. Also , small ants were a persistent problem in kitchen and bath rooms.

The location is great! The beach across the street is nice and there's good snorkeling out by the rocks. It was awesome to get there in a 3 minute walk, and there are also several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for a short stay.

The price was more than what I would have normally paid for a property like this, but I understand we traveled during the holidays and booked only a few weeks before so that's to be expected. In the future I feel like we could find a more affordable place with comparable location and amenities.

Size of the rooms were great. The suite had dishes, cups, pans, and basically everything you needed. There were a couple of towels available.

No additional toiletries were given. If you needed more, they would charge more than $20 for shampoo, and another charge for toilet paper. There were also little ants/bugs in the kitchen area

Big room with everything you could need. Good shower, washing machine and tumble drier are available and they provide you with a box of tide powder with more on request. Huge super king bed. Heated jacuzzi was nice in the evening, and pool was great to cool down in the day.

The AC was really loud and blows directly on you intermittently at night in bed. Would have been nice to have access to apps such as Netflix and Disney plus on the TVs. The cleaners did come to change towels in the middle of our stay, but they didn't fill up the shower gel dispenser, instead they just put water in it. There were a lot of little mites crawling around the kitchen, I think they were attracted to the garbage disposal unit in the sink.

Hotel was located right across the beach, and within walking distance to many eateries. We didn't see this until we were checking out, but on the balcony, there were 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and a boogie board. Pool was ok but we didn't book this hotel for the pool. Area felt safe. We had a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms - super helpful! Full kitchen and washer/dryer (laundry detergent in room, but not dryer sheets) Free parking

Downsides: Front desk was not open 24 hours (9am-9pm) Housekeeping was not available 24 hours either No eateries on property (but again - you're in walking distance of many places to eat) Plan accordingly if getting to the hotel after 9pm!

The location was amazing. We were a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches. The facility is well kept and clean and it felt really safe. You can easily walk to a few restaurants and local cafes. Free parking and free wifi was a bonus.

The building and units are a bit dated. This complex is a combination of a hotel / lock off rooms and timeshares / ownership. Because of this, the quality of your room could be very different from one suite to another.

Very good location. The beach and shopping, all were very close. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you may need in your daily life (wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing machine, dishes and there was even coffee powder, milk, sugar and salt :) <3 Beds were very comfortable and there was 2 bathrooms in apartment, so if you plan share rooms with friends (as we did), it is very comfortable. Taxi drive with Uber from airport to there was around 55€

The hotel rejected all my bank cards, however my bank said, that everything should be fine. So, fortunately one of my friend card was working there...(LHV bank for estonians:))
