Clean and loads to do with the kids. Friendly staff. We had just stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge. We felt that triple play offered much more value for money and fun.! And unlike at very close Silverwoods/waterpark, there were no huge queues and the kids are able to take advantage of everything!

The hot tub wasn’t open late enough to enjoy it when you were taking advantage of everything with the kids. The snack bar closed earlier than the facility closed and we weren’t aware of that closure time so we were unable to take advantage of the pizza coupon. Which was a shame because the kids were starving.

I like it is close to sliverwood theme park and also close to cor de lene I take my two kids there about every 6 months they love the Waterpark they have and it's just the right size not to small and not to big easy to keep track of your kids compared to great wolf lodge there Waterpark is to big and harder to keep track of little kids and also more expensive I take my kids to sliverwood in summer and Santa cruise on lake cor de lene in winter both close to hotel staff has remembered me and are very nice can't hardly wait to go back I sure it will be soon

Maybe more parking would be better but it kinda hard because parking is for triple play and hotel not sure were they would add parking to

It was very clean, kids had a blast in the water park and arcade. It was nice there was a little food court. Was able to get dinner there. My daughter can’t have gluten, so we were pleasantly surprised that gluten-free pizza was available. Everyone who worked there was amazing, friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed to find out we had to pay separately to use the waterslides. Last time we came it was included in our stay at the hotel. There was also a huge divot in our mattress- both my husband and I ended up sliding into the middle of the bed.

The breakfast was good. Occasionally they were out of items, such as plain bagels, cream cheese, fruit and pancakes. They did have juice and small cheese omelettes, coffee, muffins, bacon or sausages. Access to the play place was super convenient and the kids easily enjoyed 2 full days there - inside, outside and waterpark. It wasn’t crazy busy and the staff was very helpful.

The main issue for me was the noise - kids running on the floor above made it hard to sleep sometimes. I also didn’t like that there is no hotel pool or hot tub included in the cost. You have to pay for the waterpark if you want pool access.

The amount of things to do on property was much better than I ever expected. Such a wonderful place for kids. Bowling alley, laser tag, an arcade, on-site waterpark (just to name a few) in addition to being really convenient to Silverwood theme park. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Such nice people. The room cleanliness was immaculate. All the bedding was incredibly clean. There was a tremendous number of options for dining very close to the property.

They ONLY part that wasn't amazing was the bed was a little lumpy (probably time for a new mattress) even though the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were a little flat (again, probably just time to get some new ones).

This was a good place to stay. The pictures and descriptions online could use some updates. Examples include: 1. no spa they consider the spa to be the fact that they have a hot tub which is actually the hot tub in the fun center area. You pay $20 bucks to go to the water park portion. 2. No outdoor pool - I seen a photo of an outdoor pool but there is only indoor water activities. 3. There is zero free activities like a pool or hot tub which is free but they heavily discount it as being a hotel guest. So if your cool with that great. Next time I’ll stay at a place where it’s free. 4. Breakfast was free and good but some days things were not working like the pancake machine. 5. No daily housekeeping- I’m not for daily housekeeping but I do need daily towels. They did terrific at getting those quickly for us during our stay but they didn’t always the phone we had to go to the lobby directly.

The lights in our bathroom would take a few times to click on. The no daily housekeeping or checking in to see if we needed tp or towels. I didn’t like that there was no free pool and hot tub. No outdoor pool. Hot inside the water area.

So much to do! Room was clean and staff was incredible! Breakfast was good and my son had an amazing 16th birthday!

I wish they had a wristband or pass for the arcade to be unlimited but we had a blast. We could only spend about hour in the water park because the chlorine was burning our eyes so bad! The hair dryer in our room only blew cold air so I wish I knew so I could bring my own but will next time because definitely coming back!

Amazing friendly staff that were very helpful with every request we had. Close to Silverwood Theme park.

Beds werent great but I have had much worse so it was alright. I wouldnt want to sleep on more than a few nights. I think with how much they charge per night just for the room, they could upgrade the rooms/beds. Its very loud with tons of children running around but thats understandable given the type of hotel it is. Breakfast was standard but nice to have option. Get there early or you will be with a bunch of kids that parents dont watch. Overall it was a decent place to stay but kinda pricey.

It was comforting, clean for the most part, (found trash,dust and spider webs behind the night stand. Buy the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean , very spacious room! We had a king size suite.

I had to have my key reloaded 4 times, it would just stop working. They said it was due to being near my phone, but I kept it separate away from my phone and the key still stopped working. Other hotel patrons were having the same.issue. Also, wanted a bottled water and the 3 vending machines were out of not just water but everything in the machines. I had to leave to find a store to buy bottled water.

The continental breakfast was fabulous. All the staff from front desk (all shifts), to kitchen (morning), to maintenance (hallway) were courteous, patient, and polite. Room was clean, everything was in good working order, couldn't have been better.

The kids running up and down the hallway in the early morning was a bit much. That said, they are kids after all, on vacation, and very wound up. It just happened that our kids are late sleepers so it was rather disruptive. Not much can be changed about that. And knowing you are staying in a hotel with a connecting "kids park", it is to be expected.
